This building offers direct beach access for riding the waves and lazy days on the sand. What's nearby: You will be within walking distance of a variety of popular restaurants, miniature golf courses, and souvenir shops. The Ocean City Bus will take you to your favorite destinations without the stress of traffic and parking. Plan a family fun day at the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park located on 29th Street, or head down to the inlet for the famous Ocean City Boardwalk with its rides, games, food, and all-ages entertainment. The Tanger Outlets are located just a short drive away in West Ocean City for a fun day of shopping for everyone! Things to know: Free WiFi Outdoor shower Full kitchen with a dishwasher Elevator in the building Suitable for guests with limited mobility Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Loved our weekend here! The unit was clean, the check in process was a breeze, and you can't beat the deck set up, view of the ocean and of course the proximity to the beach. Highly recommend to anyone looking to make the most of a beach weekend in OCMD
