Enjoy the many amenities of home with a full kitchen, three TVs for plenty of viewing options, and a selection of board games. This building offers direct beach access for riding the waves and lazy days on the sand. What's nearby: You will be within walking distance of a variety of popular restaurants, miniature golf courses, and souvenir shops. The Ocean City Bus will take you to your favorite destinations without the stress of traffic and parking. Plan a family fun day at the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park located on 29th Street, or head down to the inlet for the famous Ocean City Boardwalk with its rides, games, food, and all-ages entertainment. The Tanger Outlets are located just a short drive away in West Ocean City for a fun day of shopping for everyone! Things to know: Free WiFi Outdoor shower Full kitchen with a dishwasher Elevator in the building Suitable for guests with limited mobility Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This is the perfect get away location away from boardwalk. The views and beach access amazing. The home itself is exactly as described and a lovely beach/coastal retreat. Very clean and nicely appointed kitchen. Will definitely try and rebook this lovely quiet getaway!

Great condo to stay in. Very clean and updated condo. Love the views from the balcony. Large kitchen and living room. My room had its own bathroom. The girl’s room had their own bathroom. Easy access to the beach. Great location for walking to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
