The Space:

Discover this incredible waterfront gem in West Ocean City! This home-away-from-home is an immense six-bedroom, four full bathrooms and two-half bathroom, single-family home located on the bay - all just minutes from the Boardwalk in downtown Ocean City. This 6,300-square-foot, multi-level home is also much more than just a vacation rental - it's your own private and gated compound with endless space to entertain and relax together. The living room is a great gathering place equipped with comfortable furniture and a large, wall-mounted, flatscreen TV with cable–the perfect place for lazy afternoons or movie nights with the whole family. You'll also find a private elevator, two full kitchens, two full laundry rooms, a game room (with a pool table, poker table, and bar), a furnished deck and balconies, and a private fishing/crabbing dock. As for sleeping options, this home offers six cozy bedrooms including two rooms on the lower-level, three rooms on the top-floor (one of which has a private balcony), and one easy access bedroom on the main-level with en suite bath and private access out to the back patio and dock. Things to Know Free WiFi Two full kitchens Queen-size sofabed in the living area Two laundry rooms Elevator in the home *Please note that clean linens and towels are provided based on the home's occupancy, however, guests will need to make all beds. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

A beautiful home with amazing views

The house needed some updates/maintenace, but it was perfect for a family of 8 (all adults/older kids). Great for watching the boats and dolphins go by. We even got to see the airshow! Although it says parking for 5 vehicles, 4 vehicles were the limit for us since we were only able to use 1 gate.

Nice Getaway for Friends and Family

Very good experience and property was large part of that. Large property for a large group. Good open spaces for group activities and large rooms for privacy. Elevator was big plus for the seniors.

Absolutely beautiful home

We had 6 couples stay here for 3 nights and had an awesome time. The house has the best water views, tons of space for everyone, and well maintained. We will certainly look to stay here again. Only thoughts are to put a door on the downstairs bedroom bathroom and would love to see a hot tub on the property. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property!

Lots of space... you really don't need to go anywhere 'cept maybe the beach for a tan. Rainy days are covered with the game room. Plenty of space for a large family or friends. The kitchen and living areas were especially nice.

WMO event 2024

The view from the outside deck. And the convenience of the marina across the street was great. But was disappointed in the patio furniture. A lot of it was old and dry rot. Other than that great place for family and friends and entertaining.

Great location…

This place worked out great for a family reunion we hosted. Awesome location right across the street from Sunset Grill. But the home is dated- some interior areas more than others. And basics like bad towels in the bathroom and paper products (atleast for more than one day) are not provided. So felt over priced for what it was. But it worked well for what we needed.

Everything we needed

Big clean home. Plenty of space for 14 grown men. Close to everything. Located on a dead end street which is great with not much traffic coming and going. Maybe the only couple of suggestions I would have would be to have a bigger tv in the game room and to turn that blue water pond into a hot tub. But not 1 complaint about the house location or price. It was excellent.

House it s huge and decorated beautifully . However, this year it was not cleaned properly. Carpet leading to basement , dirty. Hair found in shower. Baseboards dirty.

Disappointed

I have been renting high end vacation homes for years. This is the first rental agency I rented from were I was not met by a agent at the property to greet me and instruct me on various fractures of the unit.

Paradise at the beach

The house was beautiful. There were only a couple of things. The downstairs bathroom shower curtain was very mouldy. The listing never mentioned that there was outdoor furniture and a grill. Tried to find out before we went but to no avail. The ice maker didn't work on the main refrigerator was told they wouldn't fix it. When you pay 14,000.00 for a week you think you wouldn't have to buy ice.

Beautiful Location-Dated Home Needs TLC

We stayed in this home for 2 years in a row. Home is right on the bay, which is why we chose it. Past that it is dated, needs lots of repairs, has no curtains for privacy and it needs TLC. Some family members had to leave early because they couldn't get maintenance to turn off the light and fan in the bedroom. The house was dirty, and had to be recleaned, the linen on the duvet covers on the beds smelled, the toilets and a bathroom faucet needed repair. We were very disappointed. I wish things were different here so we could come back again, but it got worse, not better.
