The Space:

Come and enjoy this polished, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the second floor of the Ocean Rise building in North Ocean City! Community amenities include an outdoor swimming pool and sundeck, an outdoor shower, an elevator, and reserved parking for your comfort and convenience. This is a must-rent condo, very close to the beach, near all sorts of activities and restaurants, and just minutes from the Delaware state line. Inside, you'll find plentiful natural light and brand-new vinyl flooring throughout, so there's no need to worry about dragging sand in from the beach as you can just sweep it away. There's a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig duo coffee pot, a 29-bottle dual zone wine fridge, and much more. Enjoy ample storage space (including a hallway closet to store your beach gear, closets in both bedrooms, and a pantry in the hallway), lots of hooks for your beach towels and hats, a private washer/dryer, and central air conditioning. For those days away from the beach, you'll have a large outdoor balcony with Adirondack chairs, board and card games, as well as streaming-capable TVs in each room. Things to Know Full kitchen One of the beds is a daybed with a trundle No smoking permitted Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Loved the condo, location, walk to beach was less than 5 minutes, walk to great restaurants and great pool! Great to have an elevator for loading and unloading. Awesome to have nice beach chairs and a wagon for the beach as well. Kitchen well stocked. Friendly neighbors. Only negative was process checking in and out extremely cumbersome. Had to physically pick up a packet with keys. Took almost 30 minutes to drop off the keys due to heavy traffic on coastal highway when checking out.

I'm picky about where I stay. It takes me a long time to narrow properties down. I ultimately chose this property and was so happy I did. The location was great. 5 min walk to the beach. The building was in good condition and well kept. Parking spots were a bit tight for our tundra truck but it fit, carefully. The elevator was awesome and helpful when moving in and out as well as transporting all of our gear to the beach. We spent an afternoon at the pool and met a bunch of lovely folks who live in the building full time. They were kind and fun loving. The pool was in great condition and modest/condo sized. The condo was decorated just as depicted. It was clean, all beds were made. Everything was spiffed up. All items worked as expected and we enjoyed all the appointments in the condo. The ac worked wonderfully but was a bit loud-I believe it's unavoidable, though, given the set up of a condo. I also think a simple toaster would be a great addition to the kitchen. Bring sugar, salt and seasonings, if you'll need them. Those items were not provided. Check in and check out were easy-you just have to drive to the reality office that manages the property. The door code is as long as a phone number so prepare yourself for that. After a few times, I had it memorized, so no big deal. The porch/patio was lovely to sit on as well. Tv/cable/internet was great. King size bed was good, nice quality sheets. We felt very comfortable here. If you coose this property, you wont regret it!

Excellent beach condo!

Stayed here with 4 friends for a long weekend. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable, and you’re just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an easy and affordable beach vacation!

Great family getaway destination

The condo is very conveniently located to the beach - 3 minute walk- and to many attractions. northeast park, ice cream, grocery stores, surf shop, mini golf, fast food and more upscale restaurants all within walking distance. The pool was well maintained and a great break from the beach. The condo was nicely fully renovated and had all the kitchen necessities. Games and books available for use were a bonus. The WiFi worked without issue. Would return again.

Great place! Clean! Went for a girls trip. Stayed there last year and noticed some upgrades that were done since last year. Place looks great. Great location. I had some questions about check out and got an immediate response. Will stay here again!

Place was good, love the fact that the beach was super close. The house had everything that my family needed it. Only thing was that the tv on the master room was not working. Overall was a great place to stay. Pool was good too.

Annual vacation

Overall, the property unit was clean, decor matched the online photos, and the location was ideal for two teenagers as well as our senior mother. The elevator was huge plus! Balcony breakfast was an incredible way to start the day! Our experience left us with the impression we would come back again to visit!

This place was exactly as stated-there were no surprises. The pool was on the same floor as the unit and the walk to the beach was easy. There were shops across the street along with ice cream shops and a gorgeous park with a walkway into the bay a couple of blocks north. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Mini Vacay!!

Beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and my kids practically lived in the pool and the beach! If you book through VRBO/Vacasa make sure you check your junk inbox our checkin info went there so we weren’t aware we were supposed to pick up a packet until the 2nd day. Other than that it was pretty awesome! They were very responsive with the questions that we had.

Great stay extremely close to beach

We stayed for a week and had a great time. With two kids, the walk to the beach with all beach items was much easier. They have an elevator so I just took the elevator up to the second floor and parked the beach buggy right inside. They have a pool and the water temperature was warm enough to walk right in. Appliances are new and clean, furniture and decor is nice, two bedrooms with two bathrooms allowed plenty of space. It was also very quiet (no parties) so it was perfect for the kids to crash during bedtime. Overall, very pleased. Thank you!

Beautifully Updated and Clean Condo - Easy Access to Beach and Restaurants

Our recent stay at Ocean Rise 201 was excellent! This updated condo exudes a refreshing blend of contemporary design and comfort that helped make our stay easy and welcoming. Upon stepping inside, it was immediately apparent that the condo has undergone tasteful updates. The modern, chic interiors with tasteful coastal decor were instantly welcoming. All the furnishings were in very good condition and the space was incredibly clean and well-maintained. One of the standout features was the fully-stocked kitchen. Everything was in excellent working condition, making our cooking experiences smooth and enjoyable. The condo offers incredibly easy access to the beach. The convenience was unparalleled and we loved being able to walk out and be on the beach in just minutes. The outdoor shower made washing sand off a breeze when returning home. Another impressive aspect was the elevator. It proved to be a boon for wheeling in our luggage and supplies, making our check-in and check-out process a breeze. The elevator also provided a helpful accessibility feature for those who may need it. The building itself was a peaceful and serene. It is quiet, family-friendly - respect for everyone's space and peace is evident. The location in north Ocean City is fantastic - quieter area close to a plethora of shops, restaurants, and coffee. This condo is a gem that truly delivers in terms of location, convenience, and comfort. Great vacation week! Will be back again.
