The Space:
This centrally located condo at Golden Sands will leave you within easy reach of an abundance of activities for a memorable vacation experience. Grab your cup of coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise over the ocean from your own private balcony, or from the primary bedroom which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows for the ultimate view. Spend the warm summer days at one of the pools, or head to the beach for a day of sand and surf. For the more active, challenge your friends and family to a game of tennis or volleyball while the kids play at the arcade. The well-stocked kitchen has everything needed to cook your favorite meals. It includes all appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Curl up on the sofa and stream all of your favorite movies and TV shows or read a good book. After a day of fun in the sun, retire to one of the cozy bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan to keep you cool.
Things to Know
Assigned Parking begins Sunday 6/6/26 through 9/11/26. In Season Check in and Parking instructions:
NO EARLY PARKING or NO EARLY CHECK-INS ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.
***SATURDAYS ONLY… ****Security Staff will be positioned in the parking lot to give you your parking permit and parking space number at your check in time through 8pm, after 8pm please go to the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands building. There is 1 parking space available and Building Policy is a strict No early parking. Vehicles may not be parked or left unattended during the move in or move out process. All vehicles must be parked in your assigned parking space or your vehicle is subject to booting or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Parking tags must be displayed at all times. ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.
***SUNDAY through FRIDAY…June 6th, 2026 through September 11th, 2026 ****Please see the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands for your parking permit at your check in time. Please have your check in email ready for staff. ***
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026.
