Guest access:

Location & Entry
The garden level studio apartment is located in the lower level of the house.
Access is through the back of the house, with a personalized code provided on your arrival day. Once you park in the driveway, you will walk along a gray walkway and down a few stairs- you will see the bright green front door of the apartment!

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment.
Guests can also utilize outdoor spaces and seating if there is no other private event occurring or scheduled. Enter code for the keypad on the apartment door for entry.

There are many flowering and fruit trees on the property. Please do not pick or harvest without the owner's permission.

My dojo/workspace is in the garage structure in the backyard. This space is private and not for guest use or observation.

Electric Vehicles
I own an electric vehicle, so there is a charger available if needed. I will often be using it, so I cannot guaranteer availability or timing which is why it is not listed as an amenity. However, if occasional access to this is something that would be helpful for your stay, please inquire and we can see if we can work something out.

No additional guests or visitors allowed. This is monitored. Please check with owner before inviting someone over.
If the correct number of guests are not reflected in your reservation requests, you will owe the extra guest fees of $18 per person per night for each guest over. You will also be subject to a minimum charge of $150 for stating an inaccurate number of guests in your reservation, as well as a negative review. The definition of a guest is any person who enters the home. Please contact me with any questions regarding any house rule. Special arrangements for additional guests can be made with written consent.
