Hermoso condominio de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos en el primer piso que es conveniente para todo. Ubicado en la ruta 1 con fácil acceso a la playa, restaurantes, puntos de venta y actividades. Este condominio de unidad final ofrece fácil acceso a la piscina comunitaria a través de un porche trasero con mosquitero (con ventilador de techo y mesa / sillas) y un patio contiguo.

Cómodamente duerme 6 con rey rey y camas queen otros 2 dormitorios. Cuna plegable para una persona adicional. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño en suite (con riel de asistencia para discapacitados), vestidor, tocador, ventilador de techo y TV de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas. Gran segundo dormitorio (15 x 12) con ventilador de techo, TV de pantalla plana, gran armario y tocador. El tercer dormitorio tiene TV de pantalla plana, ventilador de techo y amplio armario. Las habitaciones segunda y tercera comparten un baño completo (bañera / ducha).

La cocina renovada tiene encimeras de granito y ofrece todas las comodidades del hogar. El área de comedor separada tiene capacidad para 6 (y se puede ampliar para más) mientras que la barra de desayuno tiene capacidad para otras 2 personas. El porche cubierto ofrece asientos adicionales para cuatro para cenar al aire libre.

David communicated with us in advance to welcome us and ask if we had any questions. His property manager was friendly and met us at the apartment when we were checking in. He also gave us lots of tips for good restaurants and local events going on over the weekend. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook a nice dinner and relax to play family games. We would love to stay again some other time. Thank you!

It was a clean and spacious condo that was perfect for our first family vacation. Convinently located right at the Tanger Outlets and close to the beaches. Overall a wonderful stay. The property owners are responsive and helpful the whole time.

We had a great time! David and Nina’s place was clean and well kept. Everywhere we wanted to go was only a few minutes drive away. It was a great location to get to Rehoboth and Lewes beaches.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palms. The pool view from the balcony was perfect for the parent hanging back while the baby napped to be able to see the older kids playing. Additionally, being able to see fireworks from both Dewey Beach and Rehoboth from the complex was incredible to avoid traffic chaos with 4 small kids.

Early summer heat wave

Loved it....hope to vacation there again!! Well stocked. Very nice landlords...communicate, provide directions, gave recommendations when asked. Very nice property for a family vacation. Great room layout. Nice size rooms. Nice pool. Loved the fountains.

Nice property, centrally located

Great Place to Stay!

My family stayed in two properties at the Palms. The location was perfect. The unit was clean and comfortable. The screened in porch over looking the pool was great. Access to the pool was also a huge plus. We ended up having a family day by the pool and it was awesome! The owners and the property manager were all easily accessible and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Stay at the Palms

We had a great weekend stay at the Palms. David and Nina were very communicative and made check-in super easy; they gave us all the information we needed ahead of time and we were even able to check in slightly early at our request, which was so kind. We enjoyed the balcony, the games and books, and the beautiful pool. The beds were super comfortable and the set-up was perfect for our family of 5 (the kids had a separate bathroom which was great). The kitchen and family area was spacious and it had all the necessary amenities to make it an easy stay (we did need to bring our own sheets and towels but everything else was available). Parking was easy and it was very close to everything. 5 stars! Would love to come back.

Excellent condo and location to Rehoboth beach! This unit was perfect for our family!

This unit was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It was everything we needed for our vacation. Easy to get to the beach and boardwalk. Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Complex nice and well maintained. Pool was clean and nice.

Great place to stay

Condo was clean and just as described. Loved the proximity to the beach and boardwalk - traffic was rough on the weekend, but that is out of anyones control. We didn’t get to take advantage of the pool, but loved that the option was there. We greatly enjoyed being able to cook breakfast and dinner at the condo, but one suggestion would be a dish rack for drying hand washed dishes. We had a great trip to Rehoboth Beach, and would definitely stay again at the property, if available.

Great vacation despite the weather

The condo was very spacious and clean. The pool was great and the property was well maintained. We had rainy weather but still had fun because of the pool and beautiful accommodations. My only complaint was the traffic and proximity to the beach. With the traffic, it took us 15-20 mins get to the beach.

Great, except for the linen situation

The condo was great, clean and comfortable and in a great location, but the lack of bedsheets was pretty inconvenient. I would have given the property five stars if at least the bedsheets were included.

The Palms 1206

The condo was beautiful! And the property was close to the beach and boardwalk and all of the action, in the center of everything-shopping, restaurants, and anything we needed. Pool was great, never too crowded. All of the other guests we met were wonderful too. Our hosts were very helpful, answered any questions we had and were available if they were needed. We would love to come back and stay!
