Featuring a large private deck, this coastal getaway's convenient one level layout is home to a living and dining area (with cathedral ceiling), well-equipped kitchen,full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs, Blu-ray, beach chairs, beach umbrella, Wifi. This Sea Colony condo features laminate wood flooring throughout. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We really like how close the rental was to one of the resorts pools. The tram was a quick easy way to get to the beach & enjoyed the pools close to the beach also.

Good Location, Great Little Cottage

Nice updated home. Loved the bunk bed room. Worked well for our family. The hard wood floors were nice and they had a broom to sweep the sand and a rumba too. We biked all around and was located in a good spot for the pool right next door. Kitchen was stocked with all dishes needed and even had a “junk drawer” with extras like scissors, screw driver (not needed) and more! They had beach chairs and toys for use but we did bring our own. Overall great stay! Thanks for having us!

Great vacation for family of 4

House was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy and showers had good water pressure. Steps away from 2 different tram stops and a pool. Upgrades throughout Sea Colony are great, including splash pad and hot tub in the outdoor pool by the fitness center. Great for a family of 4 with 2 kids (ages 7 and 9). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Comfortable Sea Colony

The property was very nice. The TV location in living room is not really in a spot for group viewing. The door lock was extremely difficult to get the hang of. The deck though very nice was not cleaned before our arrival.

Very Nice but need a bit of Snazzing Up

This was a very, nice, small, two bedroom condo. Very clean. However the dryer was broken during our visit. I had trouble getting clarity on what the compensation would be. Also the shower curtain/rod in the master bath should be updated. I hate having the shower curtain cling to me while I am showering. Also the couch cushions are rather stained and need to be replaced. Thx

Wonderful location for beach getaway!

This is a very convenient location for tennis players and beach bums alike! It is centrally located in the development and all amenities are easily reached by foot, bike, tram, or car. The condo was quite lovely and we'll appointed, but the television was not working, the dryer had no heat, the outside shower had wood rot, and the interior lighting was inadequate. None of these were desk busters, but we were unable to contact the management agency via phone at all, despite sent attempts and over 2 hours on hold... This is completely unacceptable! Would I go there again? You bet! It difficulties were irritating, considering the step price of rental. But the overall experience was very enjoyable.

Great location

Well supplied 2 BR, 2 Bath condo with a lovely deck. It's steps from a pool and only 3/4 of a mile from the beach; less than that for restaurants/amenities. Tram stop also just steps away or it was an easy walk to the beach. Downsides: the dryer didn't dry at all, even after multiple cycles. We hung stuff up outside to dry instead. A Comcast repairman appeared one morning to fix the cable tv--but we hadn't called that in and had no idea he was coming. Would have appreciated a heads up on that. And the listing advertised a beach umbrella and chairs, but those didn't exist (luckily, we brought our own). But otherwise, it had everything you needed to cook and eat in, which is what we mainly did. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable, the decor was pleasant. Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation, despite the little hiccups mentioned.

Not especially happy. Could’ve been better.

Cute place. Lots of room and linens. Entering the home was difficult as the keypad is incredibly sensitive and wonky. It took multiple times to unlock and then re-lock the door upon coming and going. There were crumbs on the coffee table with a red jellylike blob on the corner. We found an old receipt in my daughter’s top bed and dirt in main bed under covers. The floor felt sandy. The backs and spindles on the chairs at the dining room table are loose. One was broken on the bottom. Not safe to sit in. The master shower head needs to be replaced! It was painful taking a shower with the pin point needley spray that came out. Only 2 of the settings ‘worked’ and they were both hard.1/2 the water poured out the bottom of the faucet with the shower lever pulled up.The hot water only lasts 3-4 minutes. In the guest bathroom, at the soap holder on the wall, the drywall is broken. Kitchen tea towels would have been helpful for the K sink area. And if I’m mistaken, I apologize, but there was no mention of having to pay 15 per guest to use the recreation facilities (& ultimately to get an on site parking pass) in the write up. This should be included. The only reason we went to the indoor pool area was because I had to pay 45 for us to park so I figured, “why not use it?!!!” Also, it should be noted in the condo write up that the tram does not run in off season and you don’t need a Bethany parking pass at 30 a day to park in town during off season either.
