The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is great for whipping up your best meals. After dinner, gather in the living area to stream shows and movies on the smart TV for. A washer/dryer is also available if needed, along with high-speed WiFi and central air-conditioning, providing all your essentials for a complete and amazing stay. My family and came here for short family stay before my girls headed back to college. We have never stayed in Delaware before, but our family had booked a place in Rehoboth for the week. We truly enjoyed our stay! We were close to the outlets only being 40 minutes away. There were so many beaches to choose from. We didn’t use the amenities on the property, however it was nice to know it was available! Our place was nice, quiet and relaxing. I would choose to stay here again! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay over!

Zero communication from the management company/host. The condo was dirty and the entire carpet had countless dog urine stains all over it when we checked in and the smell that went along with that. Dirty dishes, lipstick on glasses and blood on blankets. I can go on and on. Then to add to it when I went to work the wifi is so bad my laptop can’t hold a signal. It’s always been great to use vrbo but this experience was a disaster and disgraceful I’ve still never heard one work from the host after text, calls and emails. Nice community and if the condo was cleaned and carpet replaced it is a cute place but the current conditions make it impossible to stay at. We left early.

You get what you pay for! This off-season rental was priced cheaply, which made it a solid option for a quick beach trip. Because it was after Labor Day, the advertised amenities (the pool) were closed. However, the condo itself was as advertised - two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a functional kitchen, screened in porch, and (very slow) wi-fi. The furniture was well-worn and all of the furnishings (sheets, towels, bedding, pillows) were very cheap. The coffee table on the porch was broken upon our arrival. Upon first glance, the place looked clean, but a quick look under the couch and between the sheets told a different story. The main bedroom was clean, but I had trouble sleeping one night and went to lay in the bottom bunk of the second bedroom. To my surprise, I found sand between the sheets and immediately got out of that bed. Propery manager never acknowledged this issue. Perhaps the most frustrating thing about this property was the incredibly slow response time and lack of attention to detail of the property manager. They provided a support email and multiple phone numbers, yet a simple request upon check-in took nearly a full day for the “local” property manager to respond. The keypad on the door was malfunctioning, requiring us to enter the (10-digit ) pin in about 10-12 times before it would finally unlock the door. I simply requested the combination for the lockbox next to the door to use the hard key, and no one could get me any information for 20 hours.

Perfection !Our family could not have asked for a better stay at Rehoboth Beach. With a remarkable location, gated environment, and exceptionally clean atmosphere, this has been one of our best stays. The small details were appreciated. We hope to return.

Location was great. Easy to beach and boardwalk 1/2 hour to Rehobeth boardwalk and restaurants. The neighborhood was lovely and residents super friendly The place could definitely use a spruce up and rugs replaced with floors to make for a cleaner neater apartment

Nice Stay in Bethany Bay

This is an older community but well maintained. My family enjoyed the pool and the rental until was as advertised. The only issues we had were related to keypad access for which we had to call Vacasa for on two different occasions during our stay after being locked out.

Great place!

This was a great place to rent. It was super clean. Not located in the busy tourist area, but also short distance to Bethany Beach. Nice and quiet with wildlife. We will definitely be rent again. Definitely 10/10

Quiet retreat

Very quiet, nicely furnished, clean. Lovely screen porch to enjoy nature overlooking the marsh. Trouble with the coded lock, but customer service responsive and provided access to the lock box with a regular key. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo with very nice decor. Well appointed kitchen with LG appliances. Comfortable bed. 3rd floor tenant played music throughout our stay--not obnoxious, but definitely audible.

Comfortable Condo

This is a very cute and comfortable condo. Screen porch at the rear of the home was quiet and overlooks a marsh. Area was very walkable and we appreciate that you allowed our dog to stay with us. We loved the fish decorations and that the unit was fully stocked. While this condo was not on the ocean, it is in a quiet area with many amenities and close to restaurants, shops, and in close proximity to the beaches.

Very nice condo

I rented this condo for a weekend in May. The home was clean, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. I came for the Golden jubilee, golden retriever event, in Dewey Beach. I was able to bring my dog which was a nice amenity. There was a walking path around the golf course where I could walk my dog. Dewey/Rehoboth Beach was only about 20-25 minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We saw deer in the nearby woods and geese swimming in the pond. I will definitely look into renting this condo again in the future.

This property was not properly cleaned in some time..Carpets were stained, dirty laundry in closets, layers of dust on shelves, greasy fingerprints everywhere. Even after cleaning it ourselves it was impossible to stay here, we requested a cancellation and refundHow they can charge top pricing on an uncleaned unit is beyond me. We had to drive to the next town to get a last minute option, very disappointed, we didnt check into the next place until closer to 8 pm, eating into our wkend.

Nice spacious condo

The condo looks exactly like in the pictures. It's spacious and has everything you need. It also has a nice balcony with a net, so you actually can enjoy it without worrying about mosquitos. The condo offered fully equipped kitchen, linens and lots of bath towels. And it has a really good AC, which is invaluable in the summer. The community has a large pool, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts that we were able to enjoy. And it's a short drive to numerous restaurants and Bethany Beach. We had a great stay overall. Two comments re improvement: 1) the ladder to climb the upper level in the bunk bed was partially broken, which made our kids very reluctant to use it. 2) we found the dishwasher full of dishes upon arrival and we are not sure they were clean...

VACASA Stay in Bethany Beach

Overall we really liked this property. The location was excellent - it was close to the beach and to other cute local places like Amato’s pizza. Kitchen and living room were very spacious and well furnished. The little back porch was also nice! Check in and out process were also super easy. There were two things that we had an issue with but they didn’t necessarily ruin our experience here. The first was the fact that this company wouldn’t allow us a refund once we booked the trip which always makes you nervous. The second was the fact that the place wasn’t as clean as we would have wanted it to be. The surfaces in general were clean but there were some unpleasant stains in the carpet of the living room and our sheets had other peoples hair in them. That was pretty gross. Also the bath towels were either new and unwashed or bad quality because when you used them they left little white lint all over your body and face. That being said we had a pretty pleasant stay it was just the towels and sheets that kind of made things not as pleasant as they could have been.
