The main floor features a living room, dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with a new dishwasher and fridge, a large private deck, a full bath, and two bedrooms with new additions for 2023 including a new king bed/mattress in the primary suite, and a new queen mattress in the second bedroom. The second floor, accessible by a spiral staircase, boasts a bedroom and a loft. Central air-conditioning, washer/dryer, five TVs, two DVDs, Blu-ray, HBO and Showtime, and free WiFi.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
