Perfect place for Easter Weekend/Spring Break Getaway

This Vrbo was lovely and convenient. Walkable to beach, restaurants and Sea Colony amenities. We all enjoyed our time there including my 11 year old son and 85 year old mom!

This was our second year staying at this property. We returned and found the condo ready for our stay and had a wonderful week. Despite the ocean being unswimmable for several days, we had a great vacation. There is so much to do at Sea Colony and in the area. We are looking forward to returning!

Great location and stay

This rental is located perfectly within a private community. Right next to the tram stop, that shuttles you to and from the beach. Great communication from owner. Very clean, with well stocked kitchen.

our favorite house at Sea Colony

We have stayed at about a half dozen other houses in Sea Colony and each always had some issue like not enough cooking utensils or uncomfortable mattresses or lighting too dim, etc. This place had no issues! Everything seemed considered, even down to the premium toilet paper. The owner was super fast with communication too. Highly recommended!

Liked the condo, updated kitchen, no carpeting, very clean, liked the location. Easy to find parking. The only complaints would be the seating (couch and arm chairs) were not comfortable the beds were too soft and a coffee maker would be a welcome addition.

Wonderful Time

From the moment we arrived, we felt tranquility and joy. The property was perfect and met our needs. The proximity from the beach was ideal - it felt like we were in a quiet neighborhood, but in reality we were a few blocks from the beach. We had access to everything we needed within a mile or two. We are 100% looking forward to booking again. Thank you!

Great location in Sea Colony

Nicely (mostly renovated) condo in Sea Colony. Super close to the beach and shops at Sea Colony Village so you can walk to the beach and not wait for the trolley. Easy and prompt communication with owner. Wi-Fi in the unit was fast. The only suggestion I would have is more pots/pans for cooking. Water temperature was not always super hot, but we were warned in advance by the owner. It is summer so we didn't mind. Beach chairs were a nice bonus.

The unit is very nice. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Unfortunately, there were ants all over the place. This apparently was a known problem as there were also ant traps all over the place. The ant problem was so bad that before I left, I picked a can of raid and left it on the counter for the cleaning crew or owner to use. Also, there was a man staying in the unit nextdoor. He was seen looking around the privacy wall and staring into our unit. Strange!

Amazing and worries free :)

Amazing place with everything you need for worries free and relaxing vacations. Kitchen has everything you need including nice coffee station. Beds are very comfortable and in really good condition. The best part is an amazing Owner with very easy communication. He even mailed my left behind glasses without any problems and questions. I would definitely rent again and maybe we will next year depends on our plans. So don't be hesitant and go for it - you are going to love it!

Great house and perfect location

Lovely property in perfect location. We have been vacationing in Sea Colony for ten years and this property is perfectly situated just a quick walk to the beach. Andrew was great to deal with - very quick to respond.

Good stay

The condo is nicely appointed and in good condition. It is quiet, and close to the beach and shops. Very convenient that way. The only issue we had was the hot water ran out pretty fast, but there were six of us, and we did laundry, too. The owner was very responsive. We had a nice stay.

Family vacation

Property is a little dated, but has everything you need except for toiletries and beach towels. Location was great with shuttle access to beach or just a 15 min walk. Definitely use all of the community amenities to make the rec passes worth the cost. Host was very responsive! Overall, our family enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Nice property, very responsive owner

We had a nice stay here. The place was just as described. The location was perfect for our family. Dryer was broken but owner was very responsive and had it fixed and we also received a discount for the inconvenience. The check in and out process was fast and easy and we would definitely come back and stay here again!

Great Place to bring the Family

Place was as advertised. Andrew was very easy to communicate with. No linen or booking fees which are ridiculous and usually add $300 of fluff to any booking. Place has some mild wear and tear but it came with a kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans you can actually use not just crap you couldn’t fry an egg with. Cooking at home is a very important part of our family bonding time and it was easy to do this at this rental. Even had a full stock of k cups which was a nice little bonus. Despite the wear and tear the floors, carpets and beds were pristine so it was a very nice space. The location is amongst the most convenient for walking to beach pools or stores in Sea Colony. Barely had to get in our car during the entire stay. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Perfect for my family

The location is ideal for us. We love Sea Colony, but don't want to stay in the high rises. We like the garden style condos on the other side of Coastal Highway, but want to be within walking distance of the beach, and most of these aren't. This one is perfect. We can walk to the beach, tennis courts, pool, and gym all rather comfortably. No tram needed. The place was quite nice too. My 11 and 13 year old loved the loft.

Cannot Go Wrong this Bethany Beach Beauty!

Hello, My adult son, daughter and I (dad had to miss for work... bummer.) rented this house during the week of August 27, 2018, and we could not have been happier! The house is just delightful and exquisitely quaint! There are two nice full bathrooms (in master and off hall, on the ground floor) and the bedrooms were all spacious (two on first floor) and my daughter loved her digs in the super cool upper loft, containing two twin beds. A fun spiral staircase takes you up. . The kitchen was perfect, and has an easy to use, very nice layout. The K-Cup coffee maker was a nice treat and much appreciated! The dining and living room areas are very spacious and perfect for family time. The back deck was enjoyable at night while listening to the summer sounds and settling down with a good book. As advertised, the deck is completely private (great location) and you almost do not realize there are other condos around. Accessiblilty to the beach via walking or car was very easy, and the house is situated in a great location for easy accessibility to the main road, which was perfect, since we did not have spend 10-15mins (speed limit is VERY low in the subdivision) getting out to the main road . (Hey! When on vacation every minute counts!:) In addition, We cannot say enough good things about the owner of this home, Mr. Andrew Dobin! His communication is way above par and provides quick replies, answering any and all inquires from soup to nuts very quickly. His sincere hospitality made our trip that much more wonderful and a true memory maker!! So, we, without a doubt, highly recommend this rental, and we hope to get back next summer, if all schedules allow. Finally, there is very nice pond right in front of the unit, and we spent some time enjoying a beautiful swan, which seems to have taken up residence there. Happy Vacationing! Great family beach vacation!

We had a great vacation at Bethany Beach. This townhouse has a perfect location, right on the tram line in Sea Colony and also a short walk to the beach and other amenities. The townhouse had plenty of space, was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots/pans, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay! Very easy walk to the beach, access to several nice pools, short drive to the super cute Bethany boardwalk area. The house itself was great for us. Comfy beds and cute decor. The only small negative was that the carpets could have used another once over with the vacuum before we arrived and a few electrical outlets were not working. But those were pretty minor issues. Overall, a wonderful stay!
