Just an awful experience from the outset. There is a lack of transparency in the pet fees in the listing. There is no indication that I would have to download an additional application (Vacasa) to manage and get information about my stay. I tried to contact the host, and it took 5 days to get a reply. Then I called the phone # and was told to call a different #. Messages were not even answered in order. The condo had an odd odor when we checked in. Blankets and towels had been left in both the washer and dryer. Just a terrible experience from VRBO.

Awesome stay!

The unit was very clean. The location is fantastic! 3 minute walk to beach. Lots of restaurants and shops walking distance. The only time I use my car was to go to the local state park. The house was amazingly stocked! Updated appliances, all the dishes, utensils, and pots/pans that you need. K-cups for Keurig were supplied. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. Beach towels in closet. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in shower. The best thing were the beach chairs and umbrella. That was extremely nice to have. Outdoor shower around back to rinse off sand. This place was great, and I would definitely rent again if I ever make it back to Rehoboth!

Location 9/10 - easy to navigate to and from either on foot or vehicle during our stay. Only downside was the group of people hanging around on the property (parking lot) around guest vehicles drinking/smoking. Access to the property 9/10 - I travel my medically needy son who is in a wheelchair most of the time - carrying his heavy wheelchair into the building was a pain, but at least it was only 2.5 steps - property was also on the first floor, so that was a major plus. Parking lot is tight.Beach Access 10/10 Rental 9/10 - I feel this was the first rental I've had on vacation that had a legit dining set and real utensils. Large bathroom so it didn't feel cluttered. The ONLY complaint I can possibly come up with was the bed in the main bedroom, less than desirable. All newer wifi enabled appliances. House keeping - 10/10 - Very clean277 Rent 10/10 for Balloon Wheelchair Lastly the only real letdown from the trip. The title of the property makes you feel you and your pets are set after booking. Not the case. VueStay does charge an additional 150 per pet. The fee is what it is and I understand the need, some people shouldn't have pets, but NO WHERE in the listing does it state you have to contact them directly to "book" your pets. I only knew to contact them after reading a very disgruntled guest review. Do better, just list the fees. VueStay was very responsive any time I contacted them.
