Get ready to set sail at this adorably appointed and decorated, two-story townhouse on a quiet street in Selbyville. Inside this home, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances ready to help you prepare your favorite recipes. Enjoy meal times together at the attached breakfast bar, the indoor dining table with seating for six, or outside in your furnished Florida room. After meals, settle into the cozy living area and watch a show or movie on the cable-equipped, flatscreen TV, or set up your laptop at the desk and go online using the complimentary, high-speed internet. Guests will also enjoy access to a variety of community amenities including a hot tub, shared pools, sports courts, docks, charcoal grills, and walking and cycling trails. While you'll find shops, restaurants, and even a bakery within walking distance of this community, this home is just a few miles from all the beaches and amusements of Fenwick Island, Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland. Visiting golfers looking for a challenge will be within 11 miles of both the Salt Pond Golf Club and Links At Lighthouse Sound. And just three miles away, seasonal visitors will have a blast at Viking Golf & Go-Karts and the Thunder Lagoon Waterpark. Amazing place to stay with kids

This property is so wonderful! Plenty of room and felt like a vacation the whole time with the view of the pond in the back. The access to a playground within a 1 minute walk and a pool is a 2 minute walk is unbeatable with kids. Great restaurants right across the street and half mile away! Very short and easy drive to the beach. Plenty of chairs, toys and umbrellas to go around. Highly recommend.

Many upgrades to this beautifully decorated unit, new appliances, fixtures, flat scree TVs in all rooms. Nice views of the lake and community is chockful of amenities (pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball, toddler lots).

Great property and location. Very clean with updated appliances. Linens and towels provided was a nice convenience... only drawback was that I had to scramble to find an alternate location to store my trailer this year.

Great Rental

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view over the lake was beautiful, and the neighborhood was very quiet. My kids enjoyed the pool and playground while we were in between activities. The condo was not only clean, but it seemed to be updated. It was definitely a bonus to have the washer and dryer! We will definitely be booking here again.

The property was as advertised. Beautifully decorated. It’s in a nice neighborhood about 2 miles from the beach. Nice in that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Coastal Highway, packed with friendly neighbors.

Family vacation

We absolutely loved this vacation rental it was absolutely gorgeous and very close to the beach. This home away from home had many amenities and creature comforts. Bathroom shower was gorgeous and enjoyed both shower head sprays, bedrooms are clean and comfortable, the kitchen was fully functional, with stove, microwave, toaster and more., we appreciated the extra bathroom close to entry for the kids, living room area is just wow, gorgeous! We enjoyed biking around, and sitting out at the beautiful pond in the evening. Hands down best place we have stayed at. I will be renting from here for now on.

Beautiful property with a cozy interior. Very clean. Comfortable chairs, beds. Quick access to OCMD and Bethany Beach without all of the stress of staying in those areas. Quiet area! Vacasa was very easy to deal with. Can tell they wanted your stay to be the best! Would definitely stay there again!

Highly recommend!

Our Stay was simply wonderful, our condo was so beautifully decorated, from the floors to the lights and cute fireplace, and both bedrooms , we couldn’t have asked for a better place. It was nice to wake up enjoy coffee on back patio, go for a bike ride , or make the short distance to visit the beach and come back to swimming. I loved the new washer dryer and the fully functional kitchen stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend! Will be staying here again!
