We had a nice stay. The condo has wonderful view of wetlands and the Indian River bay, and we spent each evening on the deck listening to birds and watching boats. The unit was nice, plenty for up to 4 adults, and the Bethany Bay complex is great for walking. About a 10-15 minute drive to Bethany Beach. The only minor issue was some of the dishes weren't clean on arrival, which seemed to be because the dishwasher wasn't doing a good job (we ended up handwashing).

Do not stay here. The communication from the management company/host and lack of cleanliness in the unit were completely unacceptable. I reached out to the contact number provided to request an early check-in time. I was told that early check in depended on when housekeeping finishes and the home is fully ready. This seemed reasonable. I was also told that if the unit became available before the 4:00pm check-in time, the local team would message me. I never heard from the local team. I checked-in and immediately noticed that the unit did not appear clean despite the need to wait to check-in to allow housekeeping to prepare the home. I messaged the contact number provided and informed them that the unit was not cleaned prior to check-in. The floors were not swept or vacuumed. The dishwasher was full of dishes. The refrigerator had dead bugs on the water and ice machine. There were hairs in the shower and on bottles of soap (that did not belong to me). I also provided photos. Despite continued follow-up on my end for the next 72 hours, absolutely nothing was done to remedy the situation. I reached out to three different contact numbers and was continuously told that the concern had been "escalated" and the "local team" would be in touch. No one from the local team ever reached out and ultimately I checked out without any resolution of the cleaning issue. I paid for a dirty unit that was never cleaned. This was completely unacceptable and I will never rent from VueStay again.

My friends and I stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed our visit. Super clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. The view off the back deck is lovely, saw lots of wildlife. Bonus that it’s screened in because mosquitos love me. Great location, easy check in and out. Would recommend and stay again.

This was a beautiful, clean, well-stocked apartment. It was perfect for my family of 4 for a long weekend. It was a quick drive to the ocean. We will absolutely rent here again.
