This gorgeous, updated, ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, Bethany Bay condo with new flooring is located just six miles from Bethany Beach - about a 20 minute drive during the summer.



Bethany Bay is a beautiful, serene community with endless views of the bay and walking paths. It sports a fabulous, guarded, community pool with plenty of chairs and umbrellas as well as a kiddie pool, tennis courts, basketball and pickleball courts - all included without fees. Please bring your own equipment. There is also a nine hole par three golf course for a fee. Please see free activities below for additional golf and other activities.



The unit has new professional cleaning, and has been updated with new furniture and tile flooring. It sleeps 5 people in two bedrooms with a queen bed and three twins. One of the twins is a trundle that opens up. Two full baths attached to each bedroom. There are three smart TVs in the home; one in the living and one in each bedroom. The up-to-date kitchen has all that is needed to cook and dine for up to 5 people.



Please bring your own linens and towels as well as paper goods. If you'd like to rent linens and towels etc, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up.



Parking at the condo is plentiful and free. You must be 25 years old to book this condo and all unrelated people using the condo must be 25 or older.



This home comes with free activities. Each day, you'll receive one free pass, per activity. Passes do not accumulate. Once you book, you will receive easy instructions. The activities are:

The nearest ocean beach is Bethany Beach, DE. It is about 6 miles to the beach. Quarters and credit cards are accepted at the parking stations. Parking can also be paid with the Parkmobile app. North of Bethany Beach along Rt 1, you will encounter Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach. South of Bethany Beach along Rt 1 is Fenwick Island and Ocean City, MD.

This condo is in a perfect location. The bay and surrounding ponds make every morning and evening gorgeous. The screened in porch was a gem: we drank our morning coffee there and our evening cocktail as well. The condo is in good condition, plenty of space for 4 people. We loved the big couch in the living room and having two bathrooms.

Great stay!

This property was perfect for our family of four. The view from the primary bedroom and back porch were beautiful. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for our 2 children to share. The property was clean and the neighborhood was easily accessible with plenty of parking. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Our visit to Oceanview

We had a great time at this condo. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The pool was beautiful. Our granddaughter especially loved it. We would definitely recommend staying at this condo.

Gorgeous and Immaculate

My wife and I LOVED this condo. It was clean and immaculate and as advertised. The new flooring is beautiful and the place was pristine. We especially loved the peaceful and quiet grounds and the lovely bay views.

I think the unit was fine for our needs (3 adults looking for a short vacation stay). The living room, baths and bedrooms were clean and in good condition. The kitchen could use some updating, while being on the ground level was a plus for access to the unit, although the kitchen had a bit of a musty smell which I attribute to being on the ground level and close to the water.

Bayside MORNING COFFEE MIST

Thanks for a great weekend over Memoeial Day. The condo was great and had everything we needed. Walks in the complex were great. But the best start and part of the day was time in the screened porch, was watching the mist rise up off the bay and drinking coffee each morning. And going out there at night to see the lights and hear the sounds. We hope to go back again. Jeremy was so helpful and with fabulous service.when we had one question upon arrival.

Mini Beach Vaca

Property is in beautiful Bethany Bay, a golf community with lots to do! Pool (beautiful), walking paths, water views, kayaking, golf and more! This is our third time staying in the community. It is quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with utensils and needed items. Screened in porch was delightful to sit out and read, even during an approaching afternoon thunderstorm. Check in/out was easy, as was communication from the owner. Definitely would stay again!

Wonderful rental experience!

We had a great week visiting the condo! We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids - 6 and 12 years old) and there was plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable in the condo. We enjoyed exploring both the Bethany Beach area as well as Ocean City. Went to South Bethany Beach, played mini golf, went to the go karts, visited the arcade, had ice cream a few times, went on an amazing dolphin watching boat ride and checked out the James Farm Ecological Preserve - it wasn't great weather when we went to the Preserve so if we return in the future, it's somewhere we'd definitely like to spend a little more time exploring. The condo had everything that we needed as far as space and kitchen equipment. It was great sitting out on the closed in porch both in the early morning and in the evening. We didn't get a chance to use the pool as we were busy doing other things, but we did visit the playground and the kids had a nice time playing.

Beautiful Community, Filthy Condo

The Bethany Bay Community itself is beautiful, clean & well maintained. My kids loved the pool & the staff were very friendly. However, this particular condo was outdated & filthy. The floors turned our feet black even after my husband found a sponge mop & bucket and cleaned them himself. The mattress covers were covered in so much hair. We stripped and washed all mattress covers. Drawers were broken on bureaus and a kitchen chair was broken. There was also a smell of mildew so strong we bought Febreze plug ins to mask the smell. We will be back to this community, but certainly not this condo. Needs some major work.

Beautiful and Clean Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Beautiful views of the bay and a nice quiet location, we had a small problem but the manger/owner was very helpful in resolving it. Also was nice to see how clean this place was, felt like they really knew how to keep it looking and smelling clean!

Quiet Retreat

Well maintained property. Very clean and relaxing. We enjoyed the screened in porch and walking the neighborhood. There are lots of activities also so bring your tennis racket, golf clubs, swimwear, bike, or walking shoes. The community is central to Bethany,Rehoboth, and Ocean City Beaches. Will definitely come back.

Wonderful time in this condo

My family and I had a Wonderful Time at this condo. The view from the porch of the bay and wildlife is fantastic. When tired of the beach, the kids enjoyed card games and a board game, and my wife and I chilled and enjoyed the view from the porch. I booked this condo because I used to come here frequently a few years ago. There were several great changes to the condo. The older HVAC system was replaced. The dark laminate flooring was replaced with beautiful white tile with blue and gray accents. The tile, plus the complementary wall paint, has made the condo much brighter. The old TV in the smaller bedroom was replaced with a Roku system TV and the TVs in the living room and bedroom run on Chrome plus Google TV. Because we knew our passwords to streaming platforms like Prime, Netflix, and Hulu we could watch all the shows we like at home. The condo still has a nice collection of books to read. I recommend the place highly.

The location in Bethany Bay was wonderful. The condo itself could use some updating and maintenance. This did not effect our stay at all though.

Overall Good

Overall our stay ended up okay, although I wouldn’t stay here again. There was mold in both bathrooms climbing up the walls near the vanities. The property manager is very responsive and sent someone to clean it the following day. The property has a moldy smell indicating an issue behind both vanities that has not been addressed. The unit and its decor are dated. The furniture, decor, bedding, etc, are very cheap and low quality. Bethany Bay is a nice community to stay in. It was very quiet and the pool was nice, and Ocean View is close to a variety of beach towns we like to visit.
