The Space:

Located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway in Bethany Beach, this attractive condo features views of the ocean. Sea Colony offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts, a trolley, and lots of fun activities. Take advantage of the nearby beach, boardwalk, and downtown Bethany Beach, and sample delicious food from the many terrific restaurants. Annapolis and Brandywine buildings offer outside grills in a grassy area outside of the building.



This single-level condo offers direct access to the pools and beach areas of Sea Colony from the sliding door entrance and exit. Recently renovated and beautifully decorated and offers two bedrooms, a den, two bathrooms, and living, dining, and kitchen areas. The primary bathroom offers a large, tiled walk-in shower and the kitchen has updated appliances and a lot of cabinet space, plus quality furnishings.



Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's best U.S. resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

Weekend get away

We loved our short stay!! Our family needed a weekend get away and it was perfect. Short walk to the beach, easy access to every Bethany has to offer!

Perfect location!

We loved staying at this home! It is really cute inside (even better in person than in pictures!), cute decoration. Location is amazing, ground level, walk out the door and the beach is right there! Perfect for travelling with kids. Will definitely reach out again next summee!

Wonderful place

Perfect location. Comfy beds. Very clean. Missing remote in bunk bed room so no access to tv. We just had kids stay in trundle bed room so was no issue. Would stay here again

Steps from the pool

We enjoyed being on the first floor, which surprised us, since we had stayed in multiple other units in Sea Colony. We cooked meals, enjoyed beach sunrises and photography during the golden hour.

Perfect Location

Loved this unit - the location was great - loved that you can walk out and are immediately on the connecting walkways to the pools and beach. Water pressure in the bedroom shower wasn't that strong. The condo was decorated very cute and was very spacious. The parking was a little confusing to try to find the assigned spot, but that's a reflection of the complex, not this unit. Would definitely stay there again.

Property had a great location and even though the weather was horrible, a Nor'easter blew the whole weekend, we had a nice time. Cleanliness was not good. We had to spend the first hour cleaning the condo.

Unit needs updating/ good location

Convenient location to beach and pool. Good storage for belongings. All beds except one of the twin beds were old and uncomfortable - ok for kids, but not for adults. Sofas were also old and uncomfortable. Lighting was dim. Unit was not ready until 6 pm and the beds were not made. Been going to Sea Colony East for 30 + years. Have stayed in much better units.
