Communication with Stewart was excellent. The condo was perfect for me and my wife and we had a great time relaxing there. It was well equipped and super clean. We'd definitely stay here again.

The location is great. Beautiful views of the ocean. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Loved it there. You can walk across the street to good restaurants .

This condo was way more than expected. It listed as a 10 review and it was a 10. Such a beautiful ocean view and sound plus great location. Could walk to amazing restaurants, beach and boardwalk. Stewart is an amazing Host. Would definitely visit again and again.

Perfect Location with Stunning Views

We couldn’t ask for a more ideal location to spend the Fourth of July with family and friends also staying at Sea Colony! The unit was exactly as described, the view stunning, and the host responsive (hiccup with the entry code that was resolved within 2 hours despite the host being on vacation overseas).

My family stayed here with 2 kids under 6 recently. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, bright and well-appointed. The view was perfect. Stewart was helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay

Everything was perfect. The condo was spotless and the views from the balcony were gorgeous. Stewart was great with communicating and answering any questions. Highly recommend and will definitely look to book again!

Perfect beach getaway

The unit in Sea Colony was a dream! So beautiful! The view was amazing! You can hear the ocean. Check in was smooth & communications with the host made everything so easy. Two thumbs way up! Can’t wait to stay there again! Location is perfect! So close to the boardwalk. Restaurants across the way are awsome! Basketball court was so fun!!

Beautiful condo for our quiet getaway

My daughter and I needed some quiet time after a significant loss in our family this year. Stewart’s property at Bethany Beach was just the place for that to happen. Immaculate, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and well equipped - this place had everything we needed. Helpful directions for tv and WiFi use along with locations for amenities at Sea Colony and the local area were conveniently found in a binder in the living area. The ocean view provided for daily sunrise viewing and the soothing sound of ocean waves. Stewart made all aspects of reserving and accessing the property easy through regular communication. We are already planning another visit.

October break

We had a wonderful mini fall vacation in Bethany Beach at this condo. The view of the water from the condo is what initially attracted me to this property and it didn’t disappoint. Get up to watch the sunrise over the water at least once! The location is great - on the beach with a lifeguard, brief walk to lots of restaurants, shops, pharmacy. Short drive to grocery. The condo itself was spacious and well appointed. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans and appliances. Stewart was helpful and responded to us quickly. I would recommend this property for a great Bethany Beach vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stewart’s condo. Always concerned if will be as nice as we have at home. We were not disappointed, squeaky clean, stylish, fresh comfy furniture and well appointed kitchen. Views amazing from patio Thank you Stewart!

We can’t say enough good things about Stewart! He saved our vacation when our original plans fell through and not only accommodated a last minute reservation but went above and beyond to help us and show us around the unit and sea colony when we arrived. The unit was clean, gorgeous view and a great location. We will be back!

Great stay

First, communicating with Stewart was a breeze. He was quick to respond and thoughtful with the information he shared. Second, the condo was clean, just as advertised with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The unit was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
