The house was very clean and much more spacious than I envisioned! We enjoyed the outdoor shower and how close it was to activities like mini golf. Highly recommend!

Literally a home away from home

Great house! Had everything we needed for a vacation, kitchen was great, living space was very open! Loved the outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach! Very nice pool, tennis courts and playground for the kids, excellent property! Location was central to all the beaches we like!

We had a wonderful stay in Savannah‘s landing home offered everything that we needed: beautiful set up, comfortable sleeping, and all of the kitchenware, linens and towels needed. The home is very close to Bethany beach(10 minutes) and within 30 minutes Ocean City and Rehoboth Beach. We really enjoyed the pool and the beautiful surroundings for enjoyable walks. You cannot ask for anything else.

Overall, the home is in a nice neighborhood with good amenites . However we didn't have the chance to use them. (only a three day stay). The property is dated, dirty and lacking a lot of basic amenities. The communication with the management team is terrible. It took two (of the three days we were there to get a decent response to our questions. The house (which can sleep up to 8 persons comfortably) has a one-cup coffee maker that makes no sense. Off brand, not told we needed to buy pods for it. There is no grill. There were dirty utensils in the drawers. Pistacio shells under our grandaughters bed (she is allergic to pistacios ). I reccomend the management company come in and do an evaluation of this property and suggest some upgrades or reduce the price of this place. Our photos are mostly of how it looked after we left. CLEANER than when we checked in . Also, no garbage bags provided? Really ? A basic amenity.

email sent to host got email stating that we should reach out directly to you if there is an issue prior to making a public post about any concerns I had about our stay. I have been in contact via text with someone for the past 2 weeks regarding the concerns that we had experienced during our stay in delaware. I have repeated text messages stating we have reached out to our local team.. they will get back to you shortly about providing some remuneration for the delays that we suffered and with cleaning, but have received nothing but lip service.somebody from the cleaning crew showing up at 8:30 at night the night before we supposed to leave saying they were changing the sheets it was all very disruptive. but the worst of all was on our day of arrival... I had reached out a couple of days before requesting an early check-in as my mom is 88 years old and the travel day I knew would be very difficult for her... I was told there was no guarantee and I understand that ...I truly do, but they would try to accommodate me I reached out again the day of arrival and received a message stating the local team will contact you when the home is ready otherwise check in was scheduled for 4:00 p.m. so we showed up at 4:00 entered the home and it was disgusting. ...dirty towels unmade beds...garbage. we were very dismayed about the condition of the home that was supposed to be ready for us at 4:00.
