. The apartment is located on the 12th floor and features a balcony facing southwest with a view of the Baltic Sea. The first bedroom has a double bed (2 x 0.9 m x 2 m), and the children’s bedroom has a bunk bed (0.9 m x 1.9 m). There is an en suite bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette opens onto the living and dining area. The living room features a sofa bed (1.4 m x 1.9 m).

Please bring your own bed linens and towels. A crib and a high chair are included in this property.

Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is lifeguarded during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the Ferienpark offer plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.

From approximately April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are protected by law and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during this time.
