The “Traumblick” vacation apartment in the Ferienpark Sierksdorf apartment complex is a comfortable 3-room vacation apartment located near the beach. With approximately 55 m² of living space, it offers plenty of room for up to 6 people. Thanks to its location on the 10th floor, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and the surrounding coastal landscape.

The living area is bright and inviting and forms the heart of the apartment. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer an attractive view of the sea right from the living room. A cozy sofa area with a TV and a dining area create a pleasant atmosphere for spending time together on vacation. From here, you have direct access to the balcony, which is furnished with seating and invites you to relax in the fresh sea air.

The open kitchen is functionally integrated and features a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and other practical kitchen appliances, so you can comfortably prepare your own meals even while on vacation.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms:
The first bedroom features a double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm).
The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (each bed approx. 90 x 200 cm).
The sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space (sleeping area approx. 180 x 200 cm).
All sleeping areas can be easily darkened with curtains, blinds, and shutters.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, an integrated shower, a toilet, and a sink.

The vacation rental’s location is particularly attractive: the fine-sand beach is only about 50 m away and easily accessible on foot. Shopping options are about 2,000 m away, and restaurants are just 300 m away. The train station and public transportation are also within about 1,000 m.

A private parking space in the underground garage is also available to you. The apartment is a non-smoking property; one pet is allowed for a fee.
You are welcome to rent bed linens and towels for a fee or, alternatively, bring your own.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during the breeding season.

Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—which is especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade is perfect for relaxing days at the beach and leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the vacation park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
