Welcome to the 2-room vacation apartment No. 453,<br><br>. This vacation apartment is located on the 10th floor and features a balcony facing southwest with a side view of the Baltic Sea and Lübeck Bay. The bedroom, which has a skylight for ventilation, features two single beds, each measuring 0.9 m x 1.9 m; these beds cannot be pushed together. There is no space in the bedroom to set up a travel crib. There is a shower room with a window and an open kitchen in the living and dining area. The living room features a sleeper sofa (1.4 m x 2 m). <br> Please bring your own bed linens and towels. All of our properties are non-smoking.<br><br> Wi-Fi is not provided. Barbecues are not permitted anywhere in the apartment complex.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade is perfect for relaxing days at the beach and leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.<br><br>A variety of recreational activities in the area around the vacation park offer plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein. <br><br>Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green hinterland.<br><br>From approximately April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are protected by law and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during this time. <br><br>The vacation complex features a shared laundry room with several washing machines and a clothes dryer.
