The Ostseehoch 11 vacation apartment in the Ferienpark apartment complex in Sierksdorf offers a beautiful ocean view and a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. This 2-room vacation rental offers approximately 40 m² of space for up to 4 people and is ideal for couples or small families.

The living area features modern, nautical decor and includes a cozy sofa corner with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. From here, you have direct access to the furnished balcony—perfect for breakfast with a view of the sea or a relaxing end to the day.

The open-concept kitchen is well-equipped with an induction cooktop, air fryer, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and other amenities. A dishwasher is also available, providing added convenience. From the dining area with its cozy bench, you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea.

The separate bedroom is located inside the house and features two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm); blinds are available to block out the light. The living area features a sleeper sofa for two additional guests (sleeping area 160 x 200 cm); an extra mattress topper is conveniently stored in the closet—comfortable nights guaranteed! Curtains also provide privacy here.

The brightly tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower (low entry), sink, and toilet.

Additional amenities include an elevator in the building and a free private parking space.
A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—which is especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the vacation park offer plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
