3-room vacation apartment with a balcony and ocean views

Welcome to the 3-room, non-smoking vacation apartment No. 425,

. The apartment is located on the 7th floor and features a balcony facing southwest with a view of the Baltic Sea. From the combined living and dining area, you have access to the balcony, which is furnished with modern patio furniture. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, and dishwasher and features a serving hatch leading to the living/dining area, which has a large dining table and a cozy sofa corner.

The sofa in the living room converts into a bed for two people (sleeping area approx. 140 cm x 190 cm).
The first bedroom features a double bed (2x 90 cm x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a large mirror, and nightstands. The adjacent children’s bedroom features a bunk bed for two people (each sleeping area measures 90 cm x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a children’s desk with a desk chair.

The bathroom has a bathtub. The balcony is protected by a bird net to prevent swallows and other bird species from entering.
One parking space is included.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can order them for the duration of your
stay for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during the breeding season.


Facility:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
