Quiet, cozy, and ideally positioned, this condo features lovely lake vistas, shared use of a dock on the property, and a flatscreen TV to help you unwind from your daily excursions no matter the time of year. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, Airfryer, toaster oven, and coffee maker.

This studio is wonderfully located less than a mile from central Rockwood, which has a restaurant, a marina, and equipment rentals. Mt. Kineo State Park and the nine-hole Kineo Golf Course are just across the water, and are easily accessible when you launch your watercraft from the community dock. In the summer, you'll have a front-row seat to hiking, cycling, fishing, and boating; come winter, this area is fantastic for snowmobiling on the surrounding trails and skiing at Big Squaw Mountain 16 miles south.
