Vacation apartment (85 sqm) with underfloor heating and south-facing balcony

The 85-square-meter vacation rental is located on the first floor of a building constructed in 2006. All windows have exterior blinds, and the skylights have interior blinds with an aluminum coating (which keeps the room nice and cool). All rooms are equipped with radiant floor heating. You can comfortably wind down your vacation days on the large south-facing balcony. An ashtray is provided for smokers (on the balcony), as smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. The vacation rental accommodates up to 5 people and features 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The apartment features a large open space that combines the kitchen, dining area, and living area. You’ll love the bathroom, which has a window and ventilation system, an extra-long bathtub, a bidet, and more. A hair dryer and various toiletries are provided. You’re welcome to use the washing machine in the basement for a small fee. Bed linens and towels are provided. The modern kitchen features a large refrigerator with a spacious freezer compartment, an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, and all the appliances needed to prepare full meals. (microwave, toaster, electric kettle and egg cooker, bread slicer, contact grill) and… of course, all the necessary dishes, glasses, as well as tea, ground coffee, spices, and much more. We have modern fiber-optic Wi-Fi; I’ll provide you with the guest Wi-Fi password upon arrival. For TV nights, I’ve had a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. You’re welcome to use the garden for relaxing, barbecuing, and much more. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is available between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
