Whether you want to explore the stunning local beaches, go shopping at nearby supermarkets, or visit any other points of interest, the residential community provides convenient transportation options. You can choose the free shuttle service provided by Casa Linda, which allows you to move around the area without worries. Alternatively, if you prefer more flexibility, you have the option of taking a local taxi, which will take you to your destination at a reasonable cost, usually between $15 and $20.

Important Notes During Your Stay:



• We provide toilet paper, trash bags, and a welcome soap. Once they are used up, guests are responsible for restocking them. We do not provide paper towels.



• Cleaning Service: We provide towel and sheet change every other day, and if the reservation is for more than 3 days, a complementary cleaning will be done in the middle of the stay, typically starting at 10:00 a.m. Please note that our team will enter to clean even if you are not present in the villa. If you would prefer to skip cleaning on a particular day, let us know in advance.





• Water Supply: Upon arrival, you’ll receive a complimentary 1-gallon bottle of purified water. Refills are available for RD$150.



• Pool Operation: The pool is on a timer, and it will automatically turn on and off at scheduled intervals for optimal maintenance.



Villa Safe Instructions:



1. Remove the plastic cover inside the safe door.

Press the red button until you hear a beep.

Enter a 4-digit code that you will remember, then press "Enter."



2. Re-enter the 4-digit code and press "Enter" again to confirm. A beep will indicate the code is set.



3. Note: Please do not place items in the safe until you have successfully set your personal code.



If the safe isn’t functioning properly, it may require a key. Let us know if you need assistance. If a key is provided for the safe, please handle it carefully. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of RD$150.



Smoking Policy: For those who smoke, please do so outside the property. Use the provided ashtrays to avoid any accidental burns on furniture or utensils.

• 12. Accompaniment: Visitors must always be with the renter.

• 17. Zero Noise Tolerance: No loud noise or profanity after 10 p.m. (weekdays) and 11 p.m. (weekends).



• 18. Karaoke: Not allowed at any time.



• 19. Minors: Must be accompanied and registered at reception.



• 20. Weapons and Drugs: Prohibited in the entire community.



• 21. Drones: Not allowed without authorization.



• 22. Damage Responsibility: Renters are responsible for damages.
