A Minut decibel noisr reader is installed in the main living area. It does not record audio of any kind. It simply monitors volume levels to help ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and to comply with local quiet-hour guidelines.
🏊Pool and Maintenance Notes The pool is not heated. Lawn and pool maintenance teams may stop by on a weekly basis. They work only in outdoor areas and their visit is usually brief. We work hard to keep the pool and spa clean, safe, and fully operational for every guest. On rare occasions, they may need to close temporarily for maintenance, safety inspections, cleaning, weather, or unexpected repairs. While this is uncommon, guest safety always comes first. Temporary closures of the pool or spa for maintenance or safety reasons do not qualify for refunds or discounts. We appreciate your understanding should this occur during your stay.
Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables once the starter supplies are used. This includes items like toilet paper, paper towels, and toiletries.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on the cleaning schedule. Feel free to ask us. Fees may apply.
Please remember that this is a privately hosted home, not a hotel. We ask that you be respectful of the space. If anything comes up during your stay, message us and we will respond as quickly as we can, although no one lives on site full-time. We regularly update and improve the property, so you may notice new items or some differences from the photos.
