The Space:

Welcome to your private La Jolla retreat, where space, privacy, and resort-style amenities come together on a beautifully landscaped one-acre property.



This single-level home spans over 2,400 square feet and is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and gathering. The main living area is bright and open, with a spacious great room that flows effortlessly into the kitchen and multiple dining areas. A large kitchen island anchors the space, perfect for casual meals or gathering with your group, while the formal dining room and sunroom offer additional areas to connect.



The home comfortably accommodates guests across four well-appointed bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a king bed, seating area, large TV, and en suite bathroom with views of the backyard. Three additional bedrooms feature queen beds, all styled with comfort in mind. A separate TV room with a sofa bed provides additional flexibility for groups.



Step outside and the property truly comes to life. The expansive backyard is a private oasis, surrounded by lush greenery, mature trees, and beautifully maintained gardens. The pool and spa are the centerpiece, offering a relaxing setting to enjoy sunny days and peaceful evenings.

Guests can access the property through two gated entrances, located on the north and south sides for added convenience. A gate code will be provided prior to arrival. Once inside, garage remotes will be available for use during your stay. Please ensure all remotes are returned upon check-out, as a replacement fee will apply if not returned.

• The pool/spa cannot be heated simultaneously. Pool heat is $250/day (3-day minimum, 48-hour notice required)

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.



Interaction with Guests:

We will personally meet you at check-in for a brief welcome and walkthrough of the home. This helps ensure everything is set for a seamless and enjoyable stay.
