Private beach with lounge chairs and paddleboards, dockage for larger boat, firepit and outdoor BBQ are just a few features this home has to offer. The house itself has old Spanish style charm, with vaulted ceilings, woodburning fireplace, rounded high doors and wood ceilings. Located at the end of the street in a gated little subdivision/cluster of homes (that are still being rebuilt after the hurricane), hence very quiet and safe. The international airport (and private) in Marsh Harbour is only about a 10-minute car ride from the property and "Downtown" Marsh Harbour with several restaurants and bars on the harbour strip only a few minutes away. Enjoy the peaceful setting of lush landscaping, beautiful stone pathways and beautiful views of the water. Sit by the firepit at night with views of harbour in the background. Comfortable outdoor seating and dining. The private beach offers lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and SUP (paddle boards). There is also outdoor table tennis as well as a few boardgames for your enjoyment. The outdoor BBQ and "Captain Jack's Bar II" hosts the whole company while you cook your meals on the propane grill. There is dockage for a larger boat or several smaller boats connected to the property. No power or water is included for the dock . Price from $75 per day per boat depending on size of boat. 4 bedrooms all with King Size Beds, and 3 bathrooms in total. 2 of the bedroom are interconnected (walk through one to get to the other or use exterior door) and share 1 bathroom.
