Only 200m to the ski slope! Fantastically located comfort apartment for 2-3 people in a terraced residential complex with a 50sqm sun terrace and panoramic view between Ritzhagen and Sonnenhang. Ideal for high standard holiday requirements. Two dogs are welcome! Comfort apartment "Blickfang Willingen"
Fantastically located between Ritzhagen and Sonnenhang with panoramic views and a 50 sqm sun terrace for the perfect feel-good holiday.
The apartment has a kind of detached house character due to its hillside location and terraced design. From the street you reach your holiday home via steps that lead you through the beautiful gardens and 2 levels below. The Ritzhagen and Sonnenhang ski slopes are practically on the doorstep. The Ettelsberg cable car, center and train station can be reached in 10-12 minutes on foot and the K1 chair lift and the summer toboggan run are just a stone's throw away.
2-room comfort apartment for 2-3 people with WiFi.
This apartment impresses with its spaciousness and the dream view of Willingen's mountains. Modern, stylish design. Ideal for leisure vacationers and young families. Dogs are very welcome.

- Large living/dining area with TV/DVD/HiFi and a living area. This can also be used comfortably by a third person to sleep.
- Separate kitchen with dishwasher, stove with 4-zone glass ceramic hob and extensive equipment.
- Bedroom with double bed (180x200) and large sliding door wardrobe (baby bed on request).
- Shower room with walk-in shower, towel warmer, hair dryer and cosmetic mirror.
- Separate toilet separate from the shower room.
- Approx. 50 sqm terrace (approx. 12 sqm of which is covered) with electric grill, nice seating area and 2 adjustable deck chairs.

ATTENTION! The following year (after the Christmas holidays) can only be booked from July of the current year - no dates will be offered to you before then.
Additional price information:
All basic prices are for 2 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!
Please note the following important information:
1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €60, which is not shown in the price calculator!
2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.
Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day
You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.
In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €3 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.
Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of €200 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.
Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on site is not possible!
