Every direction holds something worth stopping for.

The neighborhood itself is quietly wonderful. Tree-lined streets, lush greenery, and a genuine sense of calm that feels a world away from the city buzz, yet you are never far from anything. Fremont, Ballard, and Wallingford are all just 8 minutes away, putting some of Seattle's best restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and farmers markets right at your doorstep.
