The house is really comfortable, cozy and fully stocked. The location was quiet and easy to get around Seattle with a car. Host was very communicative before and during our stay!

Beautiful home, great location

We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving week at "Modern Magnolia". The home was perfect. It was clean, well-appointed, and perfectly sized for our family of five. And it's in a nice, quiet neighborhood - a great location for exploring downtown Seattle and surrounding areas. Our hosts were super helpful and easily contactable. For sure we'd stay here again.

This lovely home checks all the boxes. Well appointed to stay in for dinner, immaculate, private, comfortable and views that can’t be beat. Marc and Shelly provided so much helpful information. We can’t wait to stay again.

I was visiting my daughter at University if Washington for a quick weekend visit. House was beautiful and every detail very clear and easy...was perfect getaway for us to reconnect. Great location!

Perfect Seattle Neighborhood Experience

This home is so beautiful inside and out! Impeccably designed and comfortable for our family of 5. We loved feeling part of the Magnolia community. Such a great location near Discovery Park, and easily accessible to Ballard and Fremont. We would absolutely stay here again! Loved it!!!

Lovely luxurious property

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating - we had a 1 year old with us and they made sure we had a travel crib, high chair and bath for her. They also let her use their kids outdoors toys while we were there. Another great touch was that they left us ice cream and wine :) The accommodation was really nice - very comfortable, modern fixtures and fittings and in a quiet neighborhood with a peaceful outdoor space. Unfortunately we were there during a heatwave and hadn't noticed that there was no airconditioning when we booked - with all that glass the place was extremely hot! Also, the area's really hilly, so I'd recommend you hire a car as the steep hills make walking the area quite challenging. Overall we had a really good visit and I would recommend this accommodation.

Best Vacation ever

The owners thought of everything imaginable for their guests! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the view from the master bed cannot be beat! The location was very convenient to everything while still being a quiet place to rest! We didn't want to leave!

Amazing Seattle Trip

We loved this property. It had a beautiful view and outdoor space and was perfect for our family if 5. Marc and Shelly were so sweet to share toys and chalk with our three kids. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again!
