105° Sail View has 2 main entrances: The lobby gives your access to the beach/pier and the back entrance gives you access to the flat area which is walking distance to places Mr Flamingo, Fredys Tucan Restaurant, restaurant row and nightlife. Starbucks is a 3-minute walk away.

Other things to note:
Renters must be at least 25 years old and will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of identification in advance. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. The condominium building has strict guest rules. They are provided prior to check-in and are included in the guestbook. Renters of 105° Sail View are required to wear a wristband during their stay. As per condo bylaws, renters are not permitted to bring pets.
