Great walkable distance from Broadway and The Gulch. Cute apartment, all we needed for a couple days in Nashville. Joshua was great with communication!

We had an awesome time in Nashville and the place was perfect for what we needed! Josh was a fabulous host and made sure we had everything we needed! Very easy check in and out and gave us some great ideas as to where to go and what to do!!!! Thanks again!!! We will definitely be back !!!

The location of this unit is excellent-walkable to many hot spots. The unit was immaculately clean. Josh is a top notch host, he communicates clearly and immediately.

I absolutely loved this place! Super clean, safe and you can walk to everything. We paid to park in the garage due to limited street parking which I preferred due to having a new car. The host was amazing and very fast with communication! I definitely will be booking again!

Everything you want to do-see is within walking distance. The host communicates about items before you even think about it. He’s almost a mind reader. Although there is street parking, do not think for one second that space will be available. Download the app and pay for parking. You will access the building from P3. Make sure you read the sign for opening the door. Once in the building the staff at the lobby are extremely helpful. This was a great stay.

We had fantastic communication from start to finish, greatly appreciated. The unit was super clean and neat. There’s plenty of room inside. It’s a great location to walk to Broadway, very easy 2-3 blocks away. Great experience!

My best Vrbo stay yet! The place was clean, all the amenities were as listed, and no long list of chores before we left. Josh was friendly and a great host! Will def look for this host if I ever come back to Nashville.

This spot had everything we needed for a short stay. But if we had the time I would’ve stayed longer, we were able to enjoy the pool and the workout area. It was in walking distance to all the fun activities, but far enough away for a quiet peaceful night. Washer and dryer and large closet was great for storing our items. We were so grateful for the snacks left for us upon arrival since we got in pretty late. I would definitely stay here again, especially if I had more time to enjoy the amenities. Check-in was easy a lot of instructions, but easy to understand.

We had a great stay in Nashville! The place was clean, homey, spacious, and felt very secure. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our trip. The decor was super cute and perfectly matched the Nashville vibe, which made the stay even more fun. The host was very responsive and helpful. Plus, it was dog friendly, which is always a huge bonus for us! Would definitely stay here again!
