The space
A short walk from Sprague Park and bike path (0.2 miles), Narragansett Town Beach (0.9) and the seawall (0.7) in scenic Narragansett, this remodeled home was created for the perfect getaway.

This one-level ranch features a spacious 1,000 square ft. living room—ideal for family time, quiet relaxation, or entertaining. The home features four generous bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, sun room, and central air.

Start your mornings with a relaxing coffee on the patio. End your evenings gathered around the patio and lights, enjoying the fresh ocean breeze or stargazing.

All bathrooms include towels for you use.

LIVING SPACE
The 1,000 square foot great room/living room features an 86" TV with a section, sofa bed, and multiple seating options. Small dining table available to relax and enjoy your meals.

KITCHEN
A stunning, open-concept kitchen with space. Kitchen skylights welcome the sunshine in the mornings while welcoming the stars at night. Fully equipped with dishwasher, garbage disposal, trash compactor, oven and stove top, microwave, cooking spices, toaster, blender, and direct access to the back patio for easy indoor-outdoor dining. Laundry is easily accessible with a stacked washer and dryer. Just off the kitchen you will find a formal dining room with french doors. Included in your stay is a coffee pot that works with a traditional drip pot, or individual k-cup for whatever size you are looking to brew!

SUNROOM
The over-sized sunroom features a 55" TV along with a patio sectional for your enjoyment. Enjoy the fresh breeze through the front windows, relax, play board games, or read a book in this welcoming space.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Set on a approximately an acre, Dome Acres offers plenty of room to unwind. Enjoy a spacious patio, large front lawn, Adirondack chairs, and patio set where you can enjoy yard games, and ample driveway parking.

BEACH PASSES
Dome Acres comes with 2 transferable beach passes to Narragansett Town Beach. Children under 12 are free. Please see the Narragansett Town Beach website for information regarding admission of additional patrons.

Guest access
You have the entire house, with the exception of the attic and the basement, which are unfinished and off limits.

Other things to note
As a reminder, there is no smoking on the premise. This home sleeps 12 people MAX and has parking for 10 cars. Please do not exceed those limits. There is no street parking available and there is no parking on the grass.
