✹ Your rental comes with one designated parking spot in the lot behind the building (out of the front door of your unit). There are also paid parking lots next to and around the building, along with the Sonesta Hotel on the corner of Sunrise Blvd and A1A, for additional cars. Although, we highly recommend the use of ride share because this listing is very centrally located to everything in the Fort Lauderdale area.

✹ Just to the west of the building there is “Beach Parking” parking lot where you can park overnight for $40-50/night or if you want to valet at the Sonesta Hotel (corner of Sunrise Boulevard and A1A) you may do so for about $40/night. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS ONLY PARKING RECOMMENDATION FOR THE AREA. THE HOST HAS NO AFFILIATION WITH THIS SITE AND CANNOT GUARANTEE THEIR PRICING AND OR AVAILABILITY.★★

Please note that we do not accept bookings from guests under the age of 21. Guests aged between 21 and 25 will be required to verify their identification separately and leave an additional refundable deposit.

✹✹During this time, we also want to assure our guests that the entire home is cleaned and disinfected between each stay. All linens, sheets, and towels from the previous stay are thoroughly cleaned and replaced as well✹✹

✹✹Ring and NoiseAware technology monitors the property for our mutual safety --- but to be clear the Ring device out front only activates with motion and these devices DO NOT record any video or sound whatsoever inside the house or in the yard, as we respect your privacy✹✹

✹✹Guests may request shipping of their left-behind items. A minimum fee of $60, covering labor and shipping with tracking, applies. Depending on the size and shipping location, the fee may vary. Additional charges beyond the minimum fee are the guest's responsibility. The host will make reasonable efforts for safe delivery but is not liable for loss or damage✹✹

✹House Rules Violation Fees✹

To maintain a safe and enjoyable stay, fees will apply for violations of key house rules:

Smoking Indoors: $500 for any smoking evidence inside.

Noise Disturbances: $300 per incident for excessive noise.

Unauthorized Late Check Out - $50-$100 for checkout beyond the agreed time without prior approval.

Unauthorized Events/Extra Guests: $400 if guest count exceeds booking or for unapproved gatherings.

Improper Parking: $150 for unauthorized or obstructive parking. Thank you for your cooperation!

Quit Hours: From 10pm to 8am: We request all our guests to please follow the Quiet Hours mentioned.
