Dear Vacationers,

is a newly modernized and renovated (as of 2025), modernly designed 2-room apartment measuring 47 m² featuring a covered, southeast-facing corner balcony with a beautiful, expansive view. It is located in Building 1d on the 2nd floor and is available to you immediately.
The built-in closet in the entryway can be used for shoes and various clothing items.
The living/dining area features a new, modern Nolte built-in kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, convection oven, large dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a microwave. In addition, a wide variety of kitchen utensils—including a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more—complete the kitchen area.
You’ll also find a flat-screen TV with Sky channels, free Wi-Fi access, a hi-fi system, and a small selection of books and various board games. The cozy corner sofa can be easily and comfortably converted into a large sleeping area for two people.
The bedroom features a comfortable, modern double bed with built-in bedside lighting and high-quality mattresses, as well as a sliding-door closet with a mirror and a matching dresser, offering ample space for your clothing and personal items. Here, too, another new flat-screen TV is at your disposal.
The high-quality, fully renovated bathroom (as of 2025) with a shower rounds out the ambiance of this attractively designed vacation apartment.
From your vacation apartment, you can conveniently take the elevator down to the underground parking garage to your easily accessible parking space. This also allows you to reach the property’s wellness area, featuring a swimming pool and sauna (for a fee), without any obstacles.

Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa park and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.

You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay; the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family vacation.
On the first floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlor and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and children’s toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-room vacation apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and SKY TV. You can easily access the apartment by elevator, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There you’ll also find a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
