HAS-16 - Semi-detached house with a patio, located in a quiet neighborhood (HT) - Naturerlebnisdorf

This wood-frame semi-detached house offers approximately 65 m² of space for up to six people and is surrounded by a spacious lawn.

The first floor features a living area with a sleeper sofa for two people, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, convection oven, microwave, toaster, coffee makers (filter, Senseo, Dolce Gusto), a kettle, a dishwasher, and dishes. The floor is rounded out by a guest restroom with a sink.

On the upper floor are two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with twin beds—as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Amenities include a flat-screen LCD satellite TV, a stereo system with a CD player, and child-friendly items such as a high chair, games, and books. Garden furniture and a grill are available in the separate storage room. The large, paved terrace is mostly covered.

• Free admission to the nearby, spring-fed Waldseebad

• In winter, the toboggan run is right outside the door

• Treat yourself to regional delicacies at the Rebentisch Restaurant and enjoy special events such as barbecue evenings or the GDR-themed buffet

• Early risers can have fresh rolls or bread delivered by our mobile bakery Tues. through Sat. from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. (except on Sundays and holidays)

• Once a week, a butcher’s truck carrying regional specialties also stops at the vacation village, and for a quick bite around the clock, there’s a snack vending machine

• You can park your car in the vacation village’s parking lot; two charging stations are available for electric cars
