Big Bear Lake requires guests to abide by their Good Neighbor Policy. You'll meet a member of our team at check in and sign this policy. This policy includes restrictions on when you can use the spa (the city does not allow spa use after 10 pm), noise restrictions, and parking restrictions. My home has outdoor security cameras. They are on at all times and the host has access online. There are no indoor cameras.

I have a noise mointor located in the living room of my home. It is on at all times. It monitors decibel levels but does not record audio.

Additional rules
1. There is a strict no party rule at this property. If you host a party or incur a noise complaint you will be fined $1000 and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund. I use an on-site noise detector to help enforce this rule. If the city levies a fine, you will also be charged the full cost of the fine in addition to the $1000 fee.
2. There is parking available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. You may not park more than 4 vehicles at this property. This is a city ordinance and is strictly enforced.
3. There is no street parking around this home. Your vehicle must be parked on the driveway. The garage is not available for guest parking.
4. Smoking is not permitted at this property. If you smoke, you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.
5. Check-Out is at 10 am. If you need a late check out, it must be agreed ahead of time. If you are over 30 minutes late for check out, there is a $100 fee to pay for the maid's time. If you are over 1 hour late, there is a $200 per hour fee until you check out.
6. Pets are not permitted at this property. If you bring a pet, you will be fined $500 and your reservation may be cancelled without refund.
7. Using the hot tub is prohibited beetween 10 PM and 7 AM. This is a city ordinance and is strictly enforced.
8. The City of Big Bear strictly enforces its noise ordinances. Neighbors should not be able to hear music from your group at any time. The city may levy additional fines if you break this rule.
9. Upon arrival, guests will be presented with the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy. Guests must agree to Big Bear Lake's rules and abide by them at all times.
