This oceanfront penthouse is in the Royal Mansions Condominium, Cape Canaveral, with beautiful ocean views, heated pool, spa, and private beach access. It is located within an hour from Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and Kennedy Space Center. You can find very much all activities nearby like tennis, golf, windsurfing, jet skiing, tours, paddle boarding or deep-sea fishing expeditions. It is near Jetty Park, and Port Canaveral, and Cocoa Beach Pier with safe and friendly neighborhood.
This multi-level penthouse condo is totally renovated with brand new kitchen, bathrooms, open stairways, and furniture. It is equipped with everything you need during your stay including full kitchen, wireless internet, cable, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, and all necessities. The master suite is on the top floor with a king size bed set and the master bathroom, which has a tub with shower head and a separate walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a walk-in shower, The pull-out sofa bed in the living room is a queen size. The kitchen has all the pots/pans/tableware to enjoy home cooking. You can enjoy beautiful ocean views from the balcony outside the living room.

Very safe area beautiful renovated condo

Great view from the condo and just steps from the beach. Comfortable beds and this area is great, super safe and quiet. I look forward to going back!

Wonderful, quiet, relaxing

Check in was easy had full living quarters kitchen with utensils. Had a nice porch overlooking the water. Came with beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella, which was really nice not to have to rent or bring from home five out of five star rating all the way around. Will revisit this property.

Perfect property!

The condo is the perfect set up and nice location for the beach and the pool was warm and nice also. The owner is easy to communicate with and we would come back here again!

Super nice place and great location

This place was GREAT! My girlfriend and I had a girls weekend and it was perfect. Private beach access, owner provided beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler. We each had our own bathroom and the location was perfect. Close to good restaurants and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay!

Great place to stay close to the beach. Accommodations were excellent. Well stocked with everything you need. Bed was comfortable. High quality towels and bed linens. Nice quiet beach. Loved watching the cruise ships sailing away in the evening. Owner was quick to respond to all messages. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great location!

Location is perfect as it’s only a few steps to the beach! We enjoyed our stay at this updated and modern condo. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of steps as it’s on the second floor (no elevator) but well worth it as the view from the balcony is terrific. Would definitely stay here again.

Cape Canaveral Getaway!

This spot is amazing! Perfect for a weekend getaway. The property has great amenities and easy access to the beach! The condo is very neat and clean. Nice balcony with an ocean view. Perfect!

Perfect location

Condo was a perfect location for staying a couple extra days before leaving for our cruise. Mark was very receptive and answered questions quickly. The condo was very nice. Easy to access, ample parking, and check in was a breeze. I highly recommend this condo!

Short trip but beautiful place!

Mark was very helpful as we were battling Mother Nature. He notified us that the county was under a warning and advised us to try to leave early if possible due to traffic etc. he was very gracious and gave us a very fair refund. I would love to come back here and stay when the weather cooperates!

Great Area

This was our third stay at Royal Mansions. Mark’s penthouse has been the best of the three. The balcony has an awesome view of the ocean. Mark’s unit has everything you need. The pool area is wonderful and you can’t beat the beach and location to see any rocket launches. We were only there for three nights and were able to see two launches from the beach. We highly recommend.

Excellent location- good place :)

Very nice, condo with views to the beach. Enjoyed the stay and all the brand new utensils and kitchenware. Did not give full 5 stars because there was no linen for the sofa bed and only one blanket in the whole place. Mattresses were good but needed box spring. Other than that was great. Might be a work in progress so we were happy anyway

Heating unit did not work in this property. We were cold which I know is unusual for FL. Could not get home warmer than 63 until the last day and finally it went up to 65. Owner should have brought over heater or something to help
