Steps from private beach entrance, pool and hot tub. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and private patio. Community has outdoor shower and grilling area and plenty of free parking for guests. Bike or drive to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier or Port Canaveral or to the many shops or restaurants in the area. Condo has bikes and beach toys, chairs and umbrellas for your use and enjoyment.

Family vacation for beach wedding

We has a very nice stay here! Everything was wonderful and very clean! We had one mishap during our stay, but when i co.tacted the owner, it was fixed in a very timely manner! Hoghly recommend this place to stay!

Wonderful Trip!

This was our first visit to the Space Coast and Melissa's property, and we will definitely be back. The place was perfect for our family. It was very cleanly and has everything you need for the pool and beach. You can't beat the location with easy access to the beach where we could see rockets launching from the boardwalk. The location is also perfect as it wasn't overcrowded. Melissa was very accommodating and responded very promptly to our inquiries. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing beach getaway!

This property is great for exploring the Port Canaveral area. Beach access is amazing, watch the cruise ships go in and out and play in the water. Close to Kennedy Space Center, cruise port, Coco Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house was equipped with everything we needed to have a relaxed and comfortable stay.

The added beach toys and bikes are a plus! Very quiet neighborhood. Had the pool to ourselves. Easy private access to the beach. Comfy beds!

What more could you ask for?!

From the amazing location to the condo being stocked with everything you need for the beach, what more could you ask for? This was truly the best booking we've made so far and we can't wait to visit again. The pictures of the condo are exactly on point with what was offered. The owner, Melissa, was truly wonderful in her communication. If you're looking for a place that feels like home that you'll never want to leave, I strongly suggest you book with her. We were steps away from the pool and so close to the boardwalk that led right to the beach. If we only could've stayed longer, maybe next time!

Nice room

It was very nice. It was nice that everything was there. We would not have had to bring anything except clothes. I like the first floor. I would liked to have been closer to the beach and see the beach from the room. We enjoyed it. Thank you

Resort has mold/mildew

Resort has a mold/mildew problem. Guests kept open front doors without screen doors. A resident explained that many were coughing an unusual cough that never let up.Heating/air conditioning contractors were daily at different units during our three week stay. This is not the owner's fault but rather a systemic problem. Our condo was clean and well equipped. Housekeeper was excellent. TV owner codes were not enabled and probably could have been remotely.Pool was outstanding. Location was perfect.

Very comfortable condo.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The king sized bed is very comfortable. My husband had a terrible cold the first week we were there, so I slept in the spare room for that time. That bed is also comfortable. If you have children, there are lots of sand toys. There are also several sand chairs. Melissa, the owner, responded very quickly when there was a small plumbing issue. All appliances worked well. There is also a Keurig coffee maker!

A month in the sun

On line listing didn't explain how perfect the place was. Everything you could possibly want for the beach was there. Two (my style) bicycles. Heated pool, friendly people. Stores and nice restaurants all near by. I felt safe, a bar by the toilet and you could call it handicapped approved. Nice beachy decorations. It was perfect for me and my care giver.
