Pool Use • The pool is available seasonally from May–September and can be used daily between 7:00 AM–10:00 PM. • Use at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty • Please follow all posted rules • The pool is an above-ground vinyl pool, not heated, and approximately 5 feet deep • Per Independence short-term rental regulations, swimming starts at 8 AM and is prohibited after 10 PM • Please supervise children near the pool and deck areas at all times • Damage or misuse will result in additional charges
Grill Information • We provide the first propane tank for your convenience • For extended stays, guests are responsible for refilling propane as needed without reimbursement • The second grill is electric • Grill must be cleaned after use • $50 cleaning fee if left dirty
Parking • Driveway parking for up to 2 cars • Additional street parking is available directly in front of the home • Please do not block sidewalks or neighbors’ driveways • Some upstairs ceilings are sloped due to the home's layout • Guests do not have access to the garage or basement areas • There is no washer/dryer access, but a laundromat is conveniently located at the end of the street

We want you and your things to be safe. ~No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below). ~No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. ~Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and we do not allow visitors. Any overnight guests not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below). ~No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm. ~All Guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. ~All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure. ~We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure.
