Guests also have access to the shared outdoor yard area, which is part of a 4-unit property and available on a first come, first serve basis. Unit is on the first floor of the 2-floor building. No stairs are required to access this unit.

This is a gated 4-unit property (4-plex) with a shared yard used by all guests. Please note that you may see or hear other guests during your stay.
