Bayview 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condo with a Rooftop Pool! Enjoy being right on the bay at Captiva Bay #302. This third floor condo is located on 85th street in midtown Ocean City. The spacious open floor plan allows plenty of room to stretch out and socialize on your beach vacation. The kitchen ffeatures a wine/beverage cooler so you can keep your favorite beverages nice and cold on those hot summer days. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub eand separate tiled shower with a glass door. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed as well as a smaller, youth sized twin bed (see photos.) The living room also features a queen sleep sofa so you can sleep 7 people comfortably. This condo offers complimentary cable TV and Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms so you can enjoy your favorite streaming services (logging in with your own credentials). You'll also have a washer and dryer in the condo. You'll receive two unassigned and this building includes an elevator. There is also a dock by the water for activities like kayaking and fishing. A variety of restaurants and attractions are conveniently located nearby, including Liquid Assets, Ropewalk, Saltwater 75, and many more!

**Linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available for $119.95. A complete linen set includes a sheet and pillowcase for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

* We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
