No hassle beach access, no crosswalks to worry about! You’ll have complete control over the A/C thermostat and enjoy the comfort of a large-capacity water heater. The condo is equipped with three TVs with HDMI connections and free Wi-Fi. Guests also have access to an exercise room, an outdoor pool, and a coin-operated laundry room. Please note that the building charges a non-refundable registration fee of $50, due upon arrival. This family-oriented condo does not allow groups, pets, or smoking. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Please note – sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
