What a great home! A newer home that was clean and stocked with what you need, our family of 6 adults and two young children had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy. The central location to both the marinas and Cape Coral restaurants was perfect. While relaxing in the pool we enjoy the sunsets and dolphin sightings with cool breezes from over the lake, we'll be back.

Relaxing in style

The home is beautiful and done with high end class. Perfect place to shut off and get away. Property manager was wonderful and we felt like guest and not a burden

Great for the family

Really beautiful place. Exceptionally well decorated and. modern. Entire home is focused around the pool and hot tub and a beautiful sitting area all enclosed in a lanai.

Amazing Home Rental

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials. This home is extremely clean and everything was newer. The pool was great and the perfect temperature. The back yard was private and took advantage of the all day sun. I highly recommend this home for rental.

Beautiful home in super quiet neighborhood

The home was immaculate and perfect for spending time as a family over Christmas. Pool, hot tub and lanai entertainment area were amazing for relaxing or watching a game, and the sunsets over the lake were spectacular. We cooked a lot - preparing holiday meals- and the kitchen had everything we needed. Heimo, our guest consultant was wonderful and available for any questions or concerns. I have to mention the cleaning crew- I have stayed in many vacation properties and have never stayed in a home as immaculate as this one! Highly recommend this home and Seabim management company.

Paradise at Cape Coral

I rent vacation homes every year, this home just made my #1 most beautiful with the water view, spectacular!! Breathtaking home inside and out…. Beautiful decor throughout the whole house and Lanai, gorgeous modern furniture, kitchen well stocked with all new good quality pots pans dishes utensils, etc. I highly recommend this home, the owners certainly know how to please their renters sharing their luxurious home, thank you!!! I need to thank Lars the house manager and his lovely wife who made sure my stay was perfect and comfortable, thank you!!

Five Star Accommodations!!!!

Eight Lakes surpassed all of our expectations! The house was amazing! It was immaculate and had every amenity you could imagine ! The location and view of the water was fantastic, especially for sunsets.We enjoyed time on the lanai in front of the fire, swimming in the pool and relaxing in the spa. The well equipped kitchen made it a joy to prepare meals. Heimo was easy to contact for checking in and out and knowledgeable about the property and any questions we had. We will definitely return. Thanks for an awesome vacation! Highly Recommend.

Beautiful Home on Cape Coral Eight Lakes

This new home was quite beautiful. The outdoor space, the view of the lake, the pool and spa were spectacular! We were disappointed that we were lead to believe the property had a boat dock, and we were asked to provide insurance documents from our boat rental company, which we did. We would not have incurred the sizeable cost to rent a boat for 2 days if we knew there wasn't a boat dock. We feel that a 5pm check-in is a bit late. Our Guest Consultant, Heimo, was very helpful and pleasant to deal with! We would rent this home again!

Thank you Patti! I am sorry in regards to the boat dock. It must have been a misunderstanding. I do not know why we asked for a copy of a boat insurance. However, at the time of booking the listing on vrbo stated (and still does): "Boat dock will NOT be ready until the middle of 2023. Therefore, boat rental is not possible except boat rental agency finds a way of using the seawall."
