Detached, private house with Pool

The 80 m² detached holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with an adjacent private park, but is still centrally located in the center of La Marina. In the center there is a doctor, shops, restaurants, bars, pizzeria, cocktail bar, wine tasting, tapas bar etc.
The house is ideal for large and small families: a living room with TV, satellite TV (German reception), safe, three bedrooms (including 2 with TV), a new kitchen with dishwasher, a shower room and a guest toilet. Covered outdoor terrace, solar system for hot water. Outdoor shower. The beach is about 3 km away, kilometers long and very wide, with a tapas bar and beach hut. Behind there are green dunes and pine forests. Car parking space available on the property.

The prices in the summer months May-October include water, bed linen and towels.
There are only the costs of WLAN use (10 € / per week) and electricity (5KWh / day free - each additional KWh for 30 ct), which are paid directly to our German administrator (Ms. Nowitzki) on site. Ms. Nowitzki also takes over the briefing, pool and final cleaning and billing of the electricity costs according to consumption on the basis of the meter (which you can see daily) on site.

The winter prices from November-April amount to € 16 per day or € 480 per month, plus all additional costs such as water and electricity according to consumption - with a rental period of at least 28 days. Bed linen and towels are included. As with the summer months, a billing is carried out by our German administrator on site (WLAN use 20 € per month). In winter, the house is heated with a fixed electric heater and air conditioning in the living room, air conditioning in the bedrooms and underfloor heating in the bathroom.
