This inviting home is perfect for families or small groups! We are VERY strict about no parties, and no noise during quiet hours.
*We do have cameras facing the front entrance and driveway*

*Note: There is only one parking pass. You may use the driveway without the parking pass as long as you don’t block the sidewalk*
It is a very narrow driveway.

Be sure to be considerate of our neighbors! It is our goal as hosts to show the utmost respect and consideration to them. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am

The Montlake home is all yours except for the basement and garage, which we use regularly.

Other things to note
~There is plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Be aware of signage for dates that are NOT AVAILABLE.
~There is a driveway available for one car, please make sure not to block the sidewalk or be too far into the street.
~We ask that you remain respectful of our neighbors at all times. Please follow the rules for quiet times especially.
~We do not allow parties or pets of any kind at this time.
Daily guests are permitted on a case by case basis! Just ask!
