Our two newly built vacation apartments, each approximately 50 square meters in size, are located in the picturesque village of Berbling, about 4 km south of Bad Aibling. Idyllically situated at the foot of the Mangfall Mountains, our rustic-yet-modern vacation rentals offer the ideal starting point for extensive bike rides, beautiful hikes, and numerous excursion options. With its quaint charm, Berbling is in a quiet location yet still easily accessible. On the terrace or balcony attached to the vacation apartment, you can enjoy the evening sun and wind down the day in comfort. For families, travel cribs and a high chair are available.
Our vacation rental, newly built in 2022, is located at the rear of a rural solid-wood house with a separate entrance. The upstairs apartment features a spacious entryway with a coat rack and bench, offering ample storage space for your luggage. The high-quality kitchen-living area (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, custom-built seating set, sofa bed, Smart TV) invites you to cook and enjoy cozy get-togethers. The modern bathroom with a shower and toilet is equipped with towels, a lighted mirror cabinet, and a hair dryer. The high-quality mattresses in both bedrooms offer exceptional comfort. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a 3-door closet, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a 2-door closet. Outside, a balcony with patio furniture invites you to relax. A custom-installed privacy screen on the balcony protects your privacy. Construction work is currently underway on the neighboring property. This may cause noise disturbances on weekdays.
