This one-of-a-kind, off-grid property is on the shore of Tongue Mountain on Lake George, accessible only by boat. While many improvements and upgrades are underway, the 2 cabins offer a "glamping" experience now in a location with unbeatable Lake access, views, and privacy. Two cabins on the property are currently usable. The main cabin offers a kitchen with hot and cold water, electric power supplied by solar, refrigerator, stove, Starlink wireless internet, large living / dining room with stone fireplace, large deck overlooking the Lake, two bedrooms plus a loft. The smaller Chalet cabin has 2 bedrooms, a small living room, and a small deck literally above the waters of Lake George.

The privacy is unrivaled, especially on Lake George. There are 3 acres with over 400 ft of shoreline. There is one neighbor, campers on the Lake George islands over 3/4 mile away, but no houses for at least 2 miles in any direction.

The downside: the septic system is not yet installed so a port-a-John is on-site to complete the rustic experience! You'll also need to bring your own sheets, towels, and toiletries (just like camping) and tidy things up yourselves after your stay.
