A vacation rental in a quiet location at Villa Maria-Gabriele in the seaside resort of Kölpinsee, right on the lake from which the town takes its name. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, as well as to the town center, where you’ll find a bakery, the tourist information office, and the train station. Villa Maria-Gabriele features several vacation apartments. There is a parking lot in front of the building that can be used free of charge. One parking space is available per apartment. Please note that the parking lot is not suitable for vans or minibuses. A lockable bike shed is also available. The modern two-room vacation apartment measures 44 square meters and is located on the first floor of the building. It consists of a living room with a dining area, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The furnished balcony is accessible from the living room.

Initial supplies of bed linens and towels are not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked for an additional fee. Pets are not allowed.

This modern 2-room vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of Villa Maria-Gabriele. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and furnished with great attention to detail. Spanning 44 square meters, it features a cozy living room with a pull-out sofa bed (extra bed for the 3rd and 4th guests, 1.80 x 2.00 m), a smart TV, and a dining table. From the living room, you can also step out onto the furnished balcony facing northwest. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker—leaving nothing to be desired. The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a smart TV, and a wardrobe. The nautically themed bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and washing machine. A crib, high chair, and children’s tableware are available free of charge.

The apartment also includes a parking space (not suitable for vans or minibuses) directly in front of the house and a lockable bike shed. Wi-Fi is available free of charge during your stay.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an electric car charging station, but the nearest one is located in the town of Heringsdorf.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
